My current tenancy managed by EZYTrac hasn't actually finished yet but I wanted to leave this note in response to a recent contract renewal carried out by Helen Wiseman. She was very patient with us as we had some minor quibbles with the renewal and we were also traveling at the time it was all taking place making the communication very slow.

Helen went beyond her remit to help us through the process so I feel she deserves this personal endorsement.
