If I could give a zero star I would. We had an agreement in writing that the house will be professionally cleaned before we moved in. The flat was in an inhabitable condition when we moved in. We sent them photos to show them the state of the flat. I had to take days off work to chase them up to beg to arrange some cleaning because they wouldn't do it. After endless calls and emails they arranged to clean bits and pieces. They are very unhelpful and unprofessional and they just don't do their job. 4 months have passed and I am still waiting for them to send me the updated check-in inventory with all our photos and comments included. I just don't trust them. They are unreliable and they just don't care.
