Were left for months with property issues, despite the fact that the problems were reported since the 1st day we moved inn, no one gave a s**t about that. Agency manager (Mike) is literally the "man of promises", same as maintenance manager(Robert). Had twice a severe water leak, no electricity, no working heating, no working washing machine, and still no working ventilation.
