I love the clothes at sheike. always a great place to go if you need an outfit for a wedding or event. the staff are really helpful and will grab you other sizes and styles to try on. I m just unsure if the clothes are ethically made.
A beautiful staff member helped me this morning. Can't remember her name but shw was wearing a jump suit. She tried hwr very best to help me find a dress for a formal evwnt. She was so helpful and she took time to help me. Thank you....I'll be back

Shieke in the city is lovely. Range of beautiful quality garmets. But be ready to pay decent money, worth it though. The sales are great place to pick up a bargain for end of season lines. I got a faulty zip refund for my full price item. Then found a discounted one on the sales rack working perfectly. I was thrilled. The girls in there are very helpful and lovely.
I went to Wintergarden Sheike yesterday and the lady who helped me waa amazing. I bought a dress for Melbourne Cup, that I would never have tried on without her assistance. It was lovely to walk into a store and have such good service, you don't get that everywhere and I am beyond happy... so thank you, thank you, thank you

So happy i came here... the staff are so nice , accomodating and willing to help you. Customer service 11/10, always so polite and smiling compared to other places went to this morning lol Very comfortable and high quality clothes. Got a few dresses that are sooooo nice and smooooth.
Being a visitor to Brisbane, I didn't know where to shop to buy an outfit to wear to my son's wedding. A random stranger I sat next to on the bus recommended Sheike. (THANK YOU!!) I was treated to a great shopping experience; very helpful and attentive staff; and most importantly, with the help of the great staff, I nailed the outfit for the wedding. So happy!! Thoroughly recommend them.
I always go to Sheike Wintergarden to buy outfits for all of my events and the customer service is second to none. The girls are really helpful and friendly and go above and beyond. However think twice/three times before you purchase an item because if you go to return it, the girls are probably the rudest you will come across in the retail industry and I have had this experience twice. They will try to find any reason for which an item cannot be refunded or a credit note given, even when you just have a change of mind. Other than to spend the credit I have, I will never visit this store again.
worst, return policy, lied lied lied lied. Its a store that had nice clothes but the girls and the manager are absolutely rude and wouldnt return an item the day later!! they are just plain awful they are super cheerful and happy when you buy and dreadful when you want to return.
Just another expensive shopping centre in the city that I cannot afford to shop in.
