Ive moved out after 15 months and no repairs and maintenance was done in the property. Toilet seats broke within a month of moving in, no access to rear balcony due to no keys provid2ex, air con died twice power sockets tripped all the time and till the day i moved out none of these repairs were carried out by agent after numerous maintenance request. They are property managers which means they are suppose to be means of contact and liaison between landlord and tenant but instead they only acted on collecting and chasing rent (Gestapo for the landlords). They often forget the landlord owns the property but the tennants pay the rent which pays the landlords income and the wages of the property Managers (Real Estate Agents). They only make a move when it concerns collecting Money.....
