Worst real-estate...they tried to take our bond money for existing carpet filth/stains which were already there prior to us moving into the unit.. little did they realize that we had already taken images of the carpet condition and sent it to them as proof when we initially moved into the unit so we don't get blamed for the existing damage/stains and marks once we move out... they refunded our bond money straight away as they realized we are 1 step ahead of them! i have so much more to say but ill just leave it at that.... stay away people, don't get fooled by these guys! SCAMMERS.
