Lei Cai - You were a disgraceful tenant. Exclusive RE gave you every opportunity to be a good tenant, and in the end there was no choice but to evict you, and that was a long process through NCAT where you didn't even bother showing up. Exclusive have done their job, it is you who are at fault. You owed more than $10,000 in rent, you broke the toilet seats, you kept a dog which you let poo and wee all over the balconies and in the unit, and you left the balconies covered in it so the place had an intolerable smell. There was even dog poo in the bedroom! The curtains had to be dry cleaned to get rid of the smell you left from not cleaning and whatever it was your were doing in there, the walls were covered in marks and dirt and the whole unit needed repainting. You pressure cleaned the travertine tiles on the balconies and gouged out the fill. Damaged some of the skirting boards so much they had to be replaced. Left the washing machine/dryer and all other appliances absolutely filthy. You had no respect for the unit, the landlord or Exclusive RE. For you to suggest Exclusive was a bad managing agent is rubbish. Lei Cai, take responsibility for your actions and your life, you are the sole cause of issues in your life and issues you have caused for the landlord and Exclusive.
