The worst service that a real state can provide. It is really poor and is not only our perception it is from other tenants in the building. Not communication at all, the response , etc.
Thankfully I no longer have to deal with Exclusive Real Estate. Hopeless from the beginning - took up hours of my time going back and forth
trying to secure a basement car space for which I was promised when I inspected. Then Exclusive tried to rip me off with $600 of ridiculous cleaning and damage claims when I vacated - they clearly do not understand the Residential Tenancies Act 2010. NCAT found in my favour. Even months after leaving they still waste my time by sending utility bills which are clearly from after my tenancy period and have nothing to do with my previous account at the premises.
Amazing personality . Cannot expect better service than what i have received . I have owned and sold 9 properties across Sydney , but this purchase stands out as the best . Andrew is a people's person and has helped me beyond his call of duty . Wish him all the best for all future endeavors

By far the worst rental experience I've ever had. The day we moved in we had rat droppings, mould on blinds, in built in wardrobes and the bathroom, hundreds of dead bugs in the light fittings (feel free to contact me for photos), and the place had an infestation of cockroaches like I'd never seen. I had to go over the property managers head to talk to someone more senior before anything was done. I didn't have a remote for the automatic garage door for a full two months (I returned a defective remote to them in the first week of our lease), the property manager kept banging on how he thought the neighbours had it by mistake, but I spoke to the neighbours on several occasions and they said that they'd explained to him many times that the remote they had was for their garage and worked fine. It's 2 hour parking out the front of our house so this proved problematic. My property manager looked me square in the eye and said that a window that would not close and had the screen sticky taped in place was not a security issue. We had repeated issues with sewerage bubbling at the front door due to a tree root growing into the pipe, and whilst later on during our time there they became more prompt in sending someone out to unblock it, it took several days and often the better part of a week early on before they started taking it more seriously, and they refused to implement a more permanent solution like replace the pipe. We reported a rat in the roof early on in the lease, it was still there when we left and I have video of it eating a hole in the kitchen ceiling. After leaving we received a letter from the department of fair trading dated the 6th of September saying that we would have $250 deducted from our bond, however we didn't move out until the 7th of September (we successfully got our entire bond back in the end). Also after leaving they charged us a full fortnights rent and they refused to reverse it, I was advised to wait until the funds bounced then they'd return to my account, as my account was overdrawn leaving us no cash to pay bills and potentially adversely affecting my credit rating (we're aiming to buy a house soon so this simply will not do). We had to survive off credit cards until my bank reversed it at my request. I don't know if they're malicious or incompetent but the outcome for us was the same, a bad experience. If you already rent through them do not exercise patience, you'll be ignored, we tried that for the first few weeks and it got us nowhere. CC everything to the senior property manager, (truth be told the only shining light in this whole experience was the professionalism and courtesy Yvette showed us, the 3 property managers we had to deal with over our stay there were useless and I'm surprised they've still got jobs). We are glad we have no more dealings with them and never will again.
Almost end of contract and the apartment still have a lot of problems. I am very disappointed.

AVOID AT ALL COST. I wouldn't recommend this agent to anyone. We moved into a newly built block of flats with the promise of Internet, Foxtel and phone line all "ready to go". Not the case. No internet or phone due to phone line installed incorrectly and Foxtel nowhere close to being available. Also had a large crack form on my balcony roof after the first rain shower, emailed agent......no reply.
Don't expect return phone calls or emails. Don't even expect to hear from the property manager for the term of your lease. However, DO expect tradesmen to climb onto your balcony from the neighbours side to finish of sealing the Windows. This company is the pits.

I am a solicitor with over 30 years experience and I have had many dealings with real estate agents over the years. On a few occasions I had the pleasure in dealing Emmanuel and the team at Exclusive Real Estate. I found the staff to be honest individuals who demonstrated excellent communication skills and professionalism. The management and staff are self motivated individuals with a standard of high principles and work ethics.
In my years of experience as a professional I am able to distinguish between honesty and dishonesty and therefore am of the view that those persons who are dissatisfied or disgruntled obviously do not understand the hard work attained in the professional sector and find it intimidating.
I have had a real scary experience with Exclusive Real Estate. I took an apartment on lease from Exclusive and stayed there for 6 months.
After I moved out, they sent me pictures of some damage which I could not even recollect. So I insisted to have an appointment and have a look at the damages in person. On inspecting, I could not find these damages and the photos they have sent turned out to be edited ones. They said they will update the quote for a lower amount for a very minor damage which they eventually found out and which was not even visible unless you take a real close look.
Two days ahead, they send me another quote and I paid the amount and asked for a bill once the work is done. They sent me a bill a few days later. I submitted this bill for a reimbursement claim and then found out that this tax invoice is a fake one. They have given me a bill with a company name, ABN and tax invoice number and took the amount from me and this bill turned out to be a fake one. When asked about this they immediately returned me the amount saying that the work was never done and they have never paid for it. Such unprofessional and dangerous dealing has given me a real shock
Keep away from these guys or be ready to get cheated big time

Don't really know what to say about these guys - i needed to engage with the team for a couple unrelated matters pertaining rental properties. On both occasions the team were extremely professional, prompt and supportive, delivering on their promises in such a timely manner. This is the worst realestate ever. Unprofessional and rude. It took them 6 months to fix water dripping from the ceiling. Always tried to avoid spending on repairs. They ripped me off with the bond money too. I paid my rent on time every time for 3.5 years utill they put property for sale and I had to move out.
Never use this realestate again.

I had an chance working for Exclusive real estate not long ago. There are several aspects that impressed me and gave me memorable images :
1- Comprehensive system and systematical procedures which probably one of the best I have worked with;
2- Great family culture which constructed by two established bosses: not only they know their stuffs but they like to give and share - share with staffs for company's success and profits also give back to community for helping and support (which is rare nowadays);
3- Colleagues are really supportive and friendly. Majority of them have extensive industrial knowledge and effective problem-solving skills. They are representing decent professionalism all the time as property managers.

Not cooperative at all, will deduct almost all the bond money with making several issues though you tried to consult during tenancy. Never response for almost any problem during the tenancy. Never recommended.

Worst experience I have ever had with a Real Estate Agent. They first took my deposit and cancelled everything a week before I move in. Now I am looking for a storage to store my belongings until I find a new home. Never working with this company again.
I have been called 'rubbish' because I am asking for my right to park in my car space. Laundry full of condensation as the fan is not working, i was asked to leave the door open. No solution from the property manager, 'rubbish' likewise.
Currently we are renting a property with this real estate and to be honest i am not happy. Our property manager has been changed 3 times and we have not been notified of this. Very hard to get something done with these guys, they are unprofessional and do not stick by their words. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Leasing with Exclusive Real Estate for just under 18 months was one of the easiest experiences I've ever had. Georgia was my sole property manager for the stay. Communication and transparency was high at all times, any issues were resolved within two emails, and never did we have a dispute or tough discussion...not one. She made my end of lease so simple and easy, particularly during trying times. I can't say enough about her. During my departure, Alex went above and beyond making sure I was well-noticed before bringing in any inspections. Overall, I found the entire relationship pleasant and bittersweet that circumstances precluded it from continuing.

Well i have gone through many of the real estate agents but i never had such a good experience like this one. All the staffs are good and mostly Robert johnson our property manger he is really helpful he was there to help us. Thank you Robert and the team.
They lie blatantly and feel proud of it. The agent Richard li is lier rude and an awful property manager who doesn't respect tenant rights. The agent aaccessed the property 3 times in my absence without my consent by using their own keys and turning down my request to have an inspection in my presence at different time. This is breach of tenancy law and I will report it.
Never entertained any repair request on time and sometime completely ignored for months
The agent is claiming huge money for mould in roof which happened due to roof leakage rain. The agent is also claiming money for window clean. I cleaned them reasonably as i found it. but there is construction going on in the street.
The house was left in reasonable condition if not better.
The agent claiming money for existing carpet damage. and also water damage which happened due to shower leakage which was reported to the agent. The agent is saying kitchen is not clean and lawn not mowed. which is not true.
I did all the work by myself. They have beached the privacy 3 times and fair trading rules and upon my arguments with them on the part Richard li is being difficult and trying to charge me for thing i should not pay.
they are essentially asking tenant to pay the rent and also renovate the house.
Emma is one of the best managing agents i have ever had, I find her very thorough & prompt with her outgoings. She goes above and beyond to assist in finding tenants & reletting properties.
Highly recommend, throughout my tenancy i had no issues with them when it came to repairs and all.
They made it a smooth and easy process when i moved out and i am sadden i could not stay with them.
