I was so impressed from our very first meeting, there was no pressure to use the company, they simply explained how they can create and support your vision. They supplies a complete and thorough presentation of the process in all stages. The technical team was the most professional group I have ever worked with, they was a sincere to help create the best website. They asked all the right question so they can really understand exactly what you are looking for. Today I have a professional great working website. I would recommend Exceptionaire Technologies, a great company.

I have been working with Exceptionaire Technologies more than a year now and my journey has been filled with new experiences, interesting challenges & lots of learning. I got opportunity to work with a multiple customers from Europe & America. Very different customers professionally & culturally. Great exposure.

They use people who are genuinely work for them and then they throw as they dnt know you. Dnt join this company. Company doesn t have money but the HR hire more candidates I dnt know why. Worst HR worst people.

Working with Exceptionaire Technologies was a good experience. I had joined this company in 2015 and worked here almost 1.5 year and It was a nice experience that i worked on couple of projects and i have got chance to interact with customers directly. Apart from this overall management is good and helpful if you have any query in your mind.

Exceptionaire is growing rapidly in terms of headcount and client base and also the feature set they deliver out. Potential to grow big very fast. Also opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies including latest Mobile OSs and server frameworks. Management has been very pro-active in providing necessary logistics like latest mobile handsets or tools for smooth functioning. Friendly people all around. Being a midsize setup provides playful work culture. Good solid customer base. HR has been very active in organizing various events. many initiatives to encourage individual contributors and teams.

Work is good and team mates are nice.
Issue with salary, and fake glassdoor reviews.

I had joined Exceptionaire in 2015 and almost worked 1.5 years as a software developer. Overall the company has a good environment, team member, and nice working culture, also you will become full stack developer which will good for your personal profile. Business associate and Managers are always prompt and responsive. If you are willing and have right potential in you then they may allow you for internal switch too (including technology).

Exceptional company (just like the name). Excellent performance across skill sets, and super responsive team that can get you to your goals faster!
Located in the Silicon Valley of India, they have access to almost all the skill sets in their domain of custom app development in Desktop and Mobile segments.
Adding to the array in their arsenal is the Marketing-support services like SEO/DM that can help your web-presence zoom into the limelight.
They have an impressive list of clients, many of whom they have helped double or triple their incumbent revenues within a span of 1-2 years.

Most unprofessional company I have ever seen, I cleared all the rounds of interview and after few days when I asked for feedback they told you are on hold. (that was ok for me)

And then It was very surprising for me when HR called me again saying are you looking for job change we have an opening for you with no expectations bars for right candidates.

I think they call good candidate for interview and give the problems to solve they are stucked on.(as they don't have much experienced and qualified candidates)

In this way they are getting the solution of problems in free !!!

The best part I liked about Exceptionaire is the job satisfaction I get out of it, every day while returning home, you'll feel better about yourself as a professional. Adding to that good salary after recent changes in variable pay, good knowledge management system helps to learn new things, good top leadership, very good infrastructure. Job security is better than most of the other companies if you are a smart and hard worker. Some of the projects I have worked in were very challenging and provides a lot of learning opportunity. Instead of hiring more technical minds from outside, the company retains its technical minds by appraising them as per their strengths. This is a great company. Everyone is very helpful and reliable and above all they know what they are doing!!! They have been a great asset for my company and I totally recommend them.

This company also a big cheater .They called for interview and give a home work like a project..When we submit project to company..they said that we will consider after discused with C.E.O or H.R... Totaly wrost company..I will suggest No one give him any information..May be they will be froud with you...

Did not receive final settlement till now even after 8 months.

I hired Exceptionaire to create an ecommerce site for my awards business. The difficulties i had were many. Although the owner is a great salesman i am left with a site that #1 - customers can not edit products if they are in the cart without losing them #2 - If you register your account your credit card does not work #3 - You can not add items 1 at a time to the cart and then continue. these problems are MASSIVE and have led us to replace the site. We were quoted at $12,000 and 2 months . It took 18 months and $16000 and plus we had to pay employees to populate the site. Even after this the site works for straight transactions but i still have my old site up that i designed (a novice ) for $500 that outperforms it...week in and week out. This company almost put me out of business and we have decided to replace the whole site after licking our wounds. I learned the most important thing when dealing with them is to provide a detailed scope of every function. Telling them and providing them with working examples of competitors was not enough. My site although very attractive is very user unfriendly. Owner is a nice man, but company execution was awful.

I went last week for interview.Interview is schedule at 3 PM and they took at 4 Pm.Wastage of time to go this company for interview.

Work Culture is appreciable, you will be working with some of the excellent minds also you will get opportunities for gaining deeper domain knowledge as well as technical skills with a policy to reimburse for certifications and further studies, also the baner balewadi location is the best area to work in Pune.

Responsive team members and prompt turn around time. Marketing head Mr. Chayan is helpful and he is available to resolve queries.

You only Grow with them. Excellent employee retention. Lot of projects to work on. Have been working with Exceptionaire for a while now & every day has been a new challenge I must say. They have some good employee welfare & engagement policies. Good work life balance. Supporting staff. Company has been able to retain employees that were working with them 5 years back, which is very rare these days. International business, good coding practices & skilled staff.
