Worst sales and post sales service from Exotica Housing, I never expected this from Exotica initially I thought they have a decent market reputation but I'm sorry to say the perception was completely misleading and false, the situation is completely reverse the company is full of cheats and non responsive staff. Even the newly joined senior management is super rude and doesn't even know how to talk. They make false promises and then fail to deliver on their commitments. I have a full series of mails and personal messages being sent to them but no one is even bothered to even reply to my mails forget about resolving the issues we buyers are facing. Unnecessary withholding and other charges being levied to my account which was agreed to be waived off by the erstwhile General Manager of the company but the new GM doesn't acknowledge those mails and conversations at all due to which the registry of my flat is still pending without any fault of us. I have been continuously following it up with them from last 6 months but in vain. This is how they treat their buyers.

I bought a flat in Exotica Dreamville project, and experienced with some handing over process issues
They wants all deliverable from their customer on time, but when there is question of deliverable from their side, always hide themselves behind the excuses. I had met with their Senior Customer support manager to resolve the issue, the issue was resolved after Top Management intervention.
At last I can say that Exotica Top Management is working towards customer satisfaction

I booked my flat with Exotica in January this year and it took almost 6 months to get my own home with nice experience. Exotica Housing is a high rise Presidential project by Exotica in Noida. Road is easily accessible. The project site is in close proximity to market. Basic necessities like water and electricity network is in house. The project is average priced looking in to the locality and developer brand.

Arrogent staff at backend head office in sector 63, dont have basic coursty to talk with customer. Charging illegal charges with name of RERA at time of possestion.. Sonia Crmhead does not even know how to talk with customer and threatens..

Fine builder. However staff is very less and most of the time not very much cooperative. They have delivered Exotica DreamVille in Greater Noida West... A good place to live in budget. If you plan to buy home in Greater Noida West, check this also.

I had purchased one 1340 sq feet flat in Exotica Dreamville GN. T 12..1805, I feel great in saying that staff at society as well as at HO is very humble and cooperative. At HO Mr Manoj and Mr Ajay gv me full support smilingly every time ,my documentation was done smoothly by them and at one go. My minor issue was also settled by GM Sh. Sahani ji without any hasstle. At site Eng. Sh Hardyal and his team gv me full support. At maintanance dept Mr Rana and his team is also supberb.
And at last but not the least staff at reception is courtious and helpful.
I would rate Exotica on the top, one should prefer buying flat there only.

Great builder in noida, one of the best company for housing in noida, after looking for many , exotica housing helped me finding a budget flat for my family. loved it .

I have purchased flat recently in Tower T2. Society is good but maintenance by Colliers is pathetic. In my tower 1 lift out of 2 is not operational from last 4 days. Issue and no response from Colliers. Kids are missing school buses due to single operational lift. Builder also not responding on same.

We bought a 2 BHK Flat in Exotica Fresco Sec-137 NOIDA in Feb 2016. I am living in Patna and I can say it was not possible for me to buy this Flat if Exotica's people were not supportive in this transaction. Specially Ajay from head office was always there to sort out if any roadblock comes. He helped a lot in this transaction. I really appreciate his efforts. Also sales office Brijesh Patel and Dharmesh has provided complete help and support as and when required. Thanks!! for that.

That resident Placed just near the highway, having a great ambience. And this resident Security & maintenance is very well. You will find out many shopping complexes nearby just at a walking distance.

Horrible experience as a resident of Exotica Dreamville. Today 9/12/2019 around 10:30AM, my mother who is 61 years old was stuck in the lift near 5/6 series for more than 25 minutes. This is ridiculous that no one from colliers knew how to get her out from the lift.

That was life threatening situation and my mother was feeling so sick when she came out from the lift after 25 mins. That s so shame that after spending such a huge amount in Maintenance every month and still such terrible experience which could have result in fatality or life threatening injury.

I am requesting Exotica to strictly take action on this. I have raised a complaint on society connect and I was thinking to register a police complaint.

Kindly check the cctv footage as a proof.

I need an answer from Exotica for the best solution on this as I can t risk my family members life in such a failure from colliers and Exotica side.

The supervisor of guards and estate manager are just saying sorry on that but sorry is not enough. My mother was crying and asking for help in panic for 25 minutes. We can t wait for such incident to happen and who is responsible for such failure?

The time was around 10:30AM today and she was stuck for 25 mins.

Exotica corporate office situated in sector 63 , Noida. This is near to Fortis hospital and well connected by roads. Haldiram store is the major landmark in this area. A parking space is available near the office but not linked to exotica office. A nominal charge have to be paid. Exotica has tried to put sign board on various intersections for direction. Office is moderately spacious but well managed. Nice hospitality by exotica staffs.

The worst staff & service....the moment you have made a part payment to book your property....thats the start of the worst experience of your life....they will ensure that you curse yourself everyday for booking a flat with them till you get possession & thereafter as well....

The staff especially at the corporate office be it the receptionist or Mr.Brijesh(sales) or Mr.Ajay(deals with you for paper work etc) or Mr.Alok (maintenance etc) all are absolutely unsupportive & rude.

I would sincerly request all looking at purchasing property at exotica to think again...its not worth your money & time especially with the existing staff.

The tiles in the flat swell up and break.
