Exceptionaire's policies are very transparent. Pro-active and hard-working employees can reap the full benefits of the company. Management recognizes such employees and due respect, recognition, motivation is given to them. The best part I liked about Exceptionaire is the job satisfaction I get out of it, every day while returning home, you'll feel better about yourself as a professional. Adding to that good salary after recent changes in variable pay, good knowledge management system helps to learn new things, good top leadership, very good infrastructure. Job security is better than most of the other companies if you are a smart and hard worker. Some of the projects I have worked in were very challenging and provides a lot of learning opportunity. Exceptionaire's core strength is technology. With time, all good brains have enriched its evolution over the years. Instead of hiring more technical minds from outside, the company retains its technical minds by appraising them as per their strengths. Overall I would say working with Exceptionaire was a good experience for me.
