Eview Group Review

This agency - specifically Frankston Eview - produced 2 add on clauses AFTER I had signed my lease agreement and handed over 2 months bond and rent in advance, for a Frankston South property that was listed as pet friendly . The add on clauses were 1/ no dog allowed inside the house (after they requested and received photos and videos of my then current living conditions - spotless.) 2/ no stilletos on the polished hardwood floors (that were rotten beneath the varnish from years of internal water leaks and flooding)
Then during my tenancy one of the directors of the Chelsea branch posed for an article in the local paper about how much she loved her dog after Dan Andrews passed new pet owner laws.
When I hear the word Eview, an image of a dodgy 80 s car sales man comes immediate to mind

Michael didn't make big promises, but presented a selling strategy to suit my home being one of the best in the street in a popular area, and a recent down time in real estate. Great service and friendly staff. Nadine has been amazing at keeping up communication through our application process and I cannot fault the service we have recieved!

We never sold before so had 7 appriasals done and were down to choosing 1 of 2 shortlisted. We went for an inspection on a Saturday and Badiha was managing that property. Not having met her before, we felt an instant warmth coming in and a sense of confidence. After that experience, we received an appriasal from Badiha and instantly knew we would be in safe hands; she won us over.

We readyed the house and 2 days after we went to market, we found ourselves in Stage 4 Melbourne Lock Down. Tough is an understatement, we had no inspections, enquires had dried out and nothing was happening, for months! Despite it, Badiha kept reassuring us that it'll pass and we would end up with a result. Honestly, we thought we'd never sell but as soon as things started opening back up again, Badiha was on it. Inspection after inspection, we managed to lock in an offer that was by far the best on the table for us as a young family.

Even post sale, we still ring her for advice and she never hesitates to add value and never expects anything back. A sincere human, with a professional skill sets who delivers results. Don't think twice.

Nadine has been fantastic, she has helped me tremendously with 3 properties that she manages. She is very thorough, quick and efficient in regards to any issues. I Highly recommended her.

Eview/Zebra property have been amazing from previous missed purchasing opportunities with Dena Kibblewhite who handled everything professionally. Although I did not purchase one of my investments with Dena the way she handled herself gave me the upmost trust in her dealings which was the reason Eview/Zebra now mannage my investment in the area.

There rental management is second to none. They are always there to take my calls, not get pushed to leave a message and not get a call back like other agencies. Great friendly staff who have small porfolios to manage and definitely have time for you and put you first.

Sue Is a real gem. What a wonderful experience having Sue as our Real Estate Agent to sell our acreage property. She has such a bubbly personality and was so passionate about listing our home for sale. We had a contract after only 8 days of being on the market. Eview Frankston was just a complete stuff around and unprofessional at the end of my last Tenancy. I was a tenant with them for years. I moved in to one of their properties and was without an aircon for several weeks even though it was advertised with one. Repairs and new structures were placed on my property, some kept falling down while others were still incomplete after almost 3 years. If leasing with this company please make sure that you keep proof and documentation so if they take you to vcat you have the proof you need, thankfully i did. Would not rent through this place again.

Barry is well prepared and across all the facts needed by any seller wishing to get the result they are looking for in a timely manner. He is observant, patient and a very good listener, which makes the collaboration process between the property owner and the agent so much easier and effective. He helped us understand our role in the process which allowed him to do his. Barry's advice on the presentation of our property, timing of open for inspections and the overall direction of how the property should be sold was first class, we always felt in good hands. I highly recommend Don Peters if you wish to buy or sell, he is professional, honest and always follows things up with a call. When buying a house I met many RE agents and their lacks, unprofessional attitude was really quite frustrating when I was actually serious about trying to find a house to buy. Eview managed a number of my properties for the past several years up until recently. One of those investments had been purchased from Eview also. Unfortunately, that sale experience fell well short of what you would expect in terms of professionalism. I would be hesitant in recommending eview as a managing agent that has integrity and always acts in your best interest.

Fiona Hodgson was very pleasant and efficient- first class work through every stage of buying a unit. Her professionalism is appreciated.

Terrible! As a tenant they have taken two months to fix an air conditioner, two months to fix a leaking tap and five months, still ongoing, to fix an oven. After five months I still have the For Lease board that they won't remove. Hopeless at following anything up, returning phone calls and emails.

Weren't very helpful, property manager alway late to reply if even and weren't very clear with information only delivered it in drips and drabs no full clear messages.

After purchasing our investment property in Seaford we decided to commission Eview for our rental services as they also had an extensive history of our property. We were both suitably impressed with Sarah's attention to detail, professionalism and all-round friendliness. If you're considering rental services, without hesitation we would recommend Eview and Sarah for all your rental needs.

Never will I ever rent from e view again. UnprofessIonal is an understatement. We have rented same house for 9 yrs. Always direct debit organised by real estate , never late or short. House is kept immaculate, have made many improvements and have great relationship and contact with owners. I have kept records of weekly rent deductions, only to receive up to 4 sms a week to say our rent is behind. NEVER HAS BEEN. Rent was increased by $5 a week starting November 7 2016. Now December 16 never happened. They now tell us we owe 7 weeks arrears. I know it's only $35 but will only allow extra $5 a week taken out. During a ph call to them u was asked who our rental manager was. Explained to them had I no idea, funny neither did they. Yearly lease agreement was written up wrong. Among numerous mistakes, UN returned phone calls. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH E VIEW PULL YOUR SOCKS UP. PLEASE EMPLOY SOME DECENT MORE INTELLIGENT AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. WE HAVE HAD ENOUGH

I recently signed up for a new rental property and the entire process was seem less and easy. I met Nadine at the property and she was absolutely lovely. She is knowledgeable, friendly and very approachable. I was able to apply straight away and within 48 hours I was approved! The entire process couldn t have gone better. Daniel Mcglashan from Eview real estate Franston has the worse sales agent customer service ever!!!! I would never sell property through Eview based on my experience with him. As a buyer I find it very interesting when sales agents treat you like a "nobody"...... May I highlight its the people you least expect with properties to sell. Daniel doesn't call promptly or email back and shows no respect if you are a buyer.... Little did he know I was a seller too who would not give my business to any Eview real estate based on his lack of service. Normally I wouldn't go to the point of doing a review but anyone looking to sell their properties should know it takes a positive sales agent with good customer skills towards "everyone" buyer or seller to be a recommended agent. Eview will never have my business.
