Never will I ever rent from e view again. UnprofessIonal is an understatement. We have rented same house for 9 yrs. Always direct debit organised by real estate , never late or short. House is kept immaculate, have made many improvements and have great relationship and contact with owners. I have kept records of weekly rent deductions, only to receive up to 4 sms a week to say our rent is behind. NEVER HAS BEEN. Rent was increased by $5 a week starting November 7 2016. Now December 16 never happened. They now tell us we owe 7 weeks arrears. I know it's only $35 but will only allow extra $5 a week taken out. During a ph call to them u was asked who our rental manager was. Explained to them had I no idea, funny neither did they. Yearly lease agreement was written up wrong.
