Eview managed a number of my properties for the past several years up until recently. One of those investments had been purchased from Eview also. Unfortunately, that sale experience fell well short of what you would expect in terms of professionalism. I would be hesitant in recommending eview as a managing agent that has integrity and always acts in your best interest.
