I highly recommend Don Peters if you wish to buy or sell, he is professional, honest and always follows things up with a call. When buying a house I met many RE agents and their lacks, unprofessional attitude was really quite frustrating when I was actually serious about trying to find a house to buy. Most wouldn't even give me the time of day, and clearly didn't care about the houses they were 'selling'.
