We are not satisfied with this company. Usually you are advised to shipments that are delivered outside of normal times. This company delivered us vehicles on a Saturday outside our opening hours, the driver has not even called and was rude as well. Other speditons at least ask in advance if this is possible. We had a very stressful and a very unpleasant day, because we had little staff on Saturdays and the vehicles were in the way around. As a result, we had a few dissatisfied customers because all seats, including the customer parking spaces, were occupied. For now I will not book the company anymore.

Autologik runs almost every day with large auto transports on a small residential road (it is small enough that if a car is parked on either side of the road, it is totally blocked even for small cars). I have tried in vain to get them to take another road (which is the road the municipality recommends that you use for heavy traffic) but even if they write back of "they want to talk to their drivers" then nothing happens, even after several emails .

This is a residential road where children play and cycle, where there is a school and not least where there is another road signposted for trucks.

It is not possible to ban driving with heavy traffic on the road as it could mean drivers who do not know the area end up here and have to turn around, which can create chaotic conditions. But when you are locally known, you know very well that it is a problem area to drive a truck through and that the other road exists - which therefore takes a maximum of one minute more to use.

The one minute they can save once or twice a day is obviously more important to Auto Logic than the risk of killing children playing or cycling. The day it goes wrong, they get a huge shitstorm online, but they have to take it to that time.
