Eview Frankston was just a complete stuff around and unprofessional at the end of my last Tenancy. I was a tenant with them for years. I moved in to one of their properties and was without an aircon for several weeks even though it was advertised with one. Repairs and new structures were placed on my property, some kept falling down while others were still incomplete after almost 3 years. If leasing with this company please make sure that you keep proof and documentation so if they take you to vcat you have the proof you need, thankfully i did. Would not rent through this place again.
