Since the purchase of my eve I have slept like a log the only thing I find that I could complain about would be the weight of the mattress
If only you could fit handles they would make life so much better. But such is life still would
not change it. Also very pleased with my eve bedding
I wasn't sure about going to a memory foam mattress after so many happy years with pocket springs, but now I have I don't know what took me so long. In this case, the grass turned out to be as green as it looked from the other side and I'm sleeping better than I ever have before - and so is my wife. Thank you eve
Even though I didn't end up keeping the bed as found too firm, the collection process and refund process was quick. Worth a try !
I have been attempting to contact the customer services team via email since the 19/08/2020. I wanted to confirm the process to return my mattress and the product is not for us.
I recieved an initial response 3 days later. I then confirmd the details but nothing since. 24/08/2020.
The telephone number has been closed and a lack of response via email is very worry.
You spend a lot of money on a matress thinking your in safe hands and its possible to return if you wish...
however its concerning when you contact the customer services team but do not get a response / have your return / refund processed.
Fantastic quality products and outstanding, personable customer service. I originally ordered the eve mattress but found it a bit too firm for my liking. There was absolutely no stress in returning it under the 100-night trial, great communication both from eve and their delivery drivers. I then purchased an eve topper and pillow that complement my original sprung mattress perfectly to give an exceptional level of comfort. I was worried that the foam would be too hot but this has not proved to be the case. Buy with confidence.
Really looked into this item before buying and thought I would give it a go as it had a 10 year warranty. Unfortunately after about 3years , the mattress started to be really uncomfortable, so contacted eve with no luck . If these mattresses only last this long , then it makes it really expensive. Really disappointed, I am medium build and weigh 12stone and feel that this shouldn t have happened . Eve were less than helpful. I would not recommend. DO NOT BUY
Don t bother with Eve. They advertised some bedding products that were out of stock and couldn t be bothered to tell me. I paid for a delivery on a certain day and it was only because I raised why I hadn t received delivery of them that they started investigating.
I love my eve mattress and my pillow! They are perfect and finally I can sleep as a baby ;)

Order a bed in good faith, take a day annual leave to take delivery of said mattress & frame.. Receive an email on delivery day at 11am to say sorry the frame is not in stock.. then second email saying BOTH mattress and Bed base are not in stock.. no clear date for re delivery & no clear in stock date apart from EARLY AUGUST. Plus to add insult to my time, because clearly I don't have a JOB or anything better to do than sit waiting for beds which don't arrive, 'we will inform you the day before delivery when back in stock' Because I really can afford to run my life like this!!!!!! No offer of true action no compensation and no clarity of delivery dates or time..... my advice DON'T BOTHER !! FYI Eve sleep this is not how you win a customer base or a good reputation!!
Excellent friendly service. The mattress is incredible. I used to suffer with back problems but after a couple of weeks of adjustment I get so much better sleep and no back ache. The sheets fit perfectly and are of great quality. Would use them again when I next need a new mattress.
WORTHLESS WARRANTY
I bought an eve sleep mattress 2 years ago, I was happy with it at first now it has sagged badly, this is very noticeable when you roll into the middle of the bed which isn't slept on often.
Over the last 6 months my wife and I have struggle to sleep on it, we both wake up with back pain and headaches every day, sometimes I need painkillers. eve sleep don't seem interested in a warranty claim and have asked a third party to inspect this mattress and states that the third parties decision is final not eve sleep how bazaar, but I have to wait another 4 weeks for this appointment. This mattress is turned correctly and looks like new, so nothing I have done wrong!
eve sleep have changed their original mattress several times now, after saying "one suits all" clearly it doesn't ! Having added further mattresses to the range.
Unable to sleep properly on this now very uncomfortable mattress, I have gone and bought a Tempur mattress which arrived yesterday, we both had a good nights sleep last night, no headaches or back pain! the first in a long time.
As eve sleep do not seem interested in their product, and want to swerve their warranty claims with many people saying the same things. I have just got rid of my mattress, so no warranty claim any longer, I hope the people at eve sleep manage to sleep better than my wife and I did on their product.
So save your money and buy the best " Tempur " I wish I did the first time !
Shocking customer service. Purchased a new bed 13 weeks out from planned delivery day to match up with our new house move. 5 days later and still no sign of it. Sleeping on the floor and they don't really seem bothered by it at all. Very happily took my money all that while ago but won't honour their commitments of a sale. Very poor company

I placed my order and was informed of the delivery date, then their courier informed they would be delivering two days early. I confirmed that the date previously arranged was convenient. Eve informed me that they would resolve this. A further message from the courier, they would be delivering a day early. Too late to change said Eve. They delivered the heavy battered package 200 yards up the road. Wham bam, thank you Mam ?
Made an order with them over the weekend for a few things for my daughter's room and used a discount code that they had advertised. Well now I have received an email saying that after all my order was cancelled as the discount code was a glitch. Well thanks now I have a disappointed little girl, need to wait for my refund but be assured will never buy from you again. You should honor your costumers orders it is noth fault that you sent a code that was not supposed to be used. THANKS.
Absolutely the worst customer service ever encountered from a company that has such bad business performance.
I had ordered a topper on Amazon which was great.
We then said we would upgrade a mattress to the hybrid premium (there top of the range) from Eve direct. Firstly, the Eve website kept on emptying the basket when we went to pay. Then it wouldn't accept payment. When we called Eve customer service they said they would send a payment link. That also didn't work. This whole process took over two hours of holding on and waiting for links etc.
Finally, we spoke to a manager who apologised and said he would take payment over the phone and provide an extra discount for the trouble.
The bed arrived and is anything but as advertised in terms of soft top layer. Because of the springs, they are very evident and uncomfortable. We called to complain and were told and also had written confirmation that we could exchange the mattress for a premium non hybrid and see if that was better. The only thing we would have to pay is a GBP 30 delivery charge. This was in writing from them and as far as I'm concerned a contract upon which we relied. I was told we would receive a link to effect the GBP 30 payment.
Several hours later I called Eve to ask where the link was, and I was informed that after consideration and review it looked like the discount we were given for the inconvenience when ordering was too great and Eve had decided that they would only exchange the mattress if we paid the difference to what they believed we should have paid (even though they gave us the discount).
At no point did they say that the discount waved our rights as the mattress is not fit for purpose due to the springs digging in. Additionally as we have in writing that they would effect the exchange, by then saying they wont they are in breach of contract.
Anyway, I wrote to the CEO James Sturrock on several occasion with not a single response. For a company in such a crowded market and by all accounts in the financial press could well be circling the drain, its incredible behaviour and if I was an investor I would be worried that yet again the leadership and management of the company may be contributing to its demise.
Finally this afternoon I received an email from their customer service after I had copied in customer care. the CEO directly, requesting their Chairman to be cc'd, as well as investor relations and press office. The email said that their CEO and also head of customer service, Kay, had been appraised of the case and maintained that whilst it was all there fault they would ignore their own accepted offer to exchange the mattress for a delivery charge and that no exchange would happen unless we made up the difference from the extra discount they gave us by their own error. (by the way, we were advised that the discount was because they wanted to make up for the terrible purchase experience).
Its such a shame and on something so easy to keep a customer happy when they were at fault.
So very uncomfortable mattress (hence no reviews), terrible customer service and terrible ownership by management.
If they want to resolve the matter they just have to say "Sorry, its been a big mistake. We will exchange the mattress as per the guarantee and as per the written binding offer if you pay the GBP 30 delivery".
Any lawyer reading this that want to sue them for breach I'd be happy to speak with and only want the mattress and you can keep the monies if there is any.
UPDATE
Just rcvd a response saying I couldn t upgrade without paying the difference. I already have the top premium mattress, so not an upgrade but changing for non hybrid because the springs can be felt and top not soft so I wanted to exchange for pure foam premium which is exactly the same price but won t have springs digging in. Again they haven t read or are trying to obfuscate. Terrible way to do business. Companies aren t just judged on when things go wrong, they are mostly judged on how they sort things out. It is so easy to resolve.
Been using the mattress for 72 hours now and it is really comfortable. Everyone will have a personal preference, We tired all the other mattresses form all the new providers i.e. Casper, Emma et al and we just found Eve to be to our liking. Would have bought in-store, but they could not match the offer available on Amazon. However, Amazon were really rubbish in fulfilling the order. By way of compensation they knocked off 20% after I complained. For some reason google seem to be blocking reviews on Amazon at this time. I will keep trying so I can share the details.
Never using this company again! Paid extra for everything to be delivered on the same day. On the day of delivery two of the items were rescheduled for another delivery date without my knowledge! I'd taken a day off work to receive these items and then they just didnt turn up. What sort of customer experience is this? An absolute joke of a company. Don't buy here, go to another company with a proper delivery infrastructure! This seems to be a common problem with Eve - read the reviews!
Not comfortable at all for us.
We tried it for 3 months and was the most uncomfortable sleep ever. I wanted to improve my back but it made my bad worse.
The delivery partner Arrow XL are a nightmare. It was collected after rearranging collection 3 times and delivery driver give wrong information and are really rude.
To make matters worse the refund process is another horror story. The mattresses collected in first week of March and we only received the refund today on the 27th May. We used a credit card and thought they sent a refund in March but upon checking the statement recently we realized the refund did not come through and we are charged a lot of interest on the amount and all we got a lame excuse of technical errors and a lame sorry.
Personally do not recommend this eve mattress and will not be making any more purchases in the future.

I have osteoarthritis in my shoulders & neck & have tried different pillows and methods over the years. Often I would wake up & my neck/shoulders would be painful & stiff. I'd quite often have a headache too.
So glad I didn't give up looking & found the Eve pillow online. Use it regularly & has reduced the soreness greatly & no headaches due to my arthritis so it has to be the pillow making the difference.

Refused my "free trial" return request because it was requested just a few hours outside of the window. Offered exactly zero leeway and wouldn't budge half an inch.
Sickly sweet customer service that said in many more words essentially that they couldn't care less. Just wait for the sickly sweet response to this review! It'll be worth an Oscar.
Return window is extremely tight, has conditions and they are not clear up front about when you need to request your return in order for it to be accepted. I think it is designed to maximise the number of "orders accidentally ineligible for return".
Frankly a scam company selling rubbish with good marketing. Oh yes, I forgot to say: the pillow is absolute cheap trash.
This mattress is lovely and thick. Very comfortable and and I feel refreshed when morning comes.

The foam gets very hot in summer.
If you are like me and you like to roll from one side to another side you will experience a horrible crunching sound as the memory foam contracts as you place your head on the pillow. It is a horrible sound and feeling and very un-natural. I also washed the protective Eve mattress cover once and it shrunk. Eve support said this was normal! the problem is it shrunk so much a month later the zipper broke as it was so tight. There customer service is terrible they have recently TURNED OFF THERE TELEPHONE SUPPORT! THEY JUST DON'T CARE
Terrible with Shipping, Delivery and Fulfillment, Terrible with Customer Service. Ended up cancelling my order before I even received. Do not recommend. You can get same or better quality for same or lower price and better standards. 0 stars but google doesn't give me the option.

We had the mattress for about 60 days. I was sleeping like a newborn baby but my wife was waking up with back pain as she prefer softer support. The return process was handle perfectly. Once the mattress was collected 48h after our call, refund was processed right away. Top class customer service.
Love this mattress! It is so comfortable, and for someone who fidgets in my sleep, my partner doesn't feel a thing (unlike when it is a spring mattress).
I've had my eve for 6 weeks now and the difference has been incredible. To be fair, my previous firm, spring mattress was good, and I had to buy a new mattress because it started tearing at the sides. Thought I'd check out these new mattress companies and stumbled across eve through their Facebook videos. So glad bought one as it's like sleeping on a cloud!

What a world of difference. It's amazing how you can go through life ignorant of the possible luxuries available from something so simple as a mattress!
Totally satisfied with our Eve matress. Would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a decent night's sleep!!

Hands off. Not durable. Horrible Service. I bought two mattresses online, one is now roughly two and one is 1 1/2 years old. The second one (!) first started losing its form, now first one starts to show the same. I first complained over half a year ago. The responsiveness was between shockingly bad and non existent. They asked for pictures and more pictures, delaying the process. I sent the last pix weeks ago and have received zero response.
I was happy at first, even though already the delivery was "bumpy", but for a while the quality was ok. Now I know that the whole thing looks like scam and the people of Eve Mattress do not value their customers nor the guarantees and promises they give.
Since I ordered from Germany, I now have the option to go to court against a company in another country, with a different legal system. Not very attractive.
Don't fall for their lies and sweet talking. When something does not go according to plan, these people will show that they just grab your money and run.
Brilliant Experience. Delivered on time, customer service has been great and the Mattress is excellent. Look forward to purchasing from Eve sleep again. Overall a fantastic customer experience.
