Nice view from the towers. Modern hotel, had some issue with the showers, fix and clean took a bit longer than expected

Great hotel located in the north of Madrid. I was especially impressed by the SPA, both for its views and for the attention and professionalism of its staff. I will repeat the experience whenever I can even without staying.

The cleaning service wakes you up on a Saturday or early Sunday. They knock on the door at 8:00 in spite of asking not to disturb and you can hear strollers and slamming doors at that hour.

Very luxurious hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. It is located in the financial district, in a little tourist area. The communications are very good doing taxi, bus and subway less than 150m from the door. The spa is small but very nice with privileged views. It has many meeting rooms, some of them very spacious, and a high quality restaurant on the 30th floor. Recommended for business trips due to its location, tranquility and quality of the services offered.

To be a 5-star hotel the bathrooms are very dirty, the bathtub is not clean and we have found long hairs, we have asked for separate beds and they have put us in two attached beds and with a single bed set, the mattress very uncomfortable and They didn't even have a couple of blankets in the closet.

I have loved the views of the hotel and the room is great. The staff is very attentive and everything is clean. The breakfast, very varied and rich. To improve, the spa. The facilities are very good and have wonderful views, but the jets are too strong and the water in the central pool has too much chlorine. We have gone for a while because our eyes stung a lot. I have been to several spas in many places and this, despite being a 5 star hotel, is the one I liked the least. It is very likely that you get conjunctivitis with everything you throw into the water (everything is at maximum: powerful jets, super charged water, Turkish bath and sauna to burn ...) and it is not at all pleasant for it, except views. Some other spas in Madrid are much better.

I do not usually do valuations but in this case it is almost a must do. Of the facilities it is unnecessary to talk because it is obvious how beautiful the hotel is and how careful it is to the last detail, what I want to emphasize is the human quality of the team that works in it. I was lodged a few days since I had my son admitted to La Paz and at all times they put themselves to order facilitating everything that was in their hands so that I did not have to worry about anything. Thank you infinitely, with all my heart.

Attention to the painful customer, as you have a problem, forget that they give you a solution. They tell you to write an email, they will call you, but they do not do anything. Those responsible or do not want problems or do not care about everything. It is shameful. I had a problem in November with them and I am still waiting for a solution, call or answer. Lack of professionalism like I've never seen. Worst.

I think it's a good value for money considering that it includes the extra to be in the third tallest building in the country and surrounded by the first. Breakfast very good and with gluten-free options, it is also free if you book from your own website. Good treatment and comfort in general. The rooms could be larger.

The normal rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is a real joy. From the window you can see the horizon beyond Madrid and the Spa circuit and its capacity is very well thought out to provide the maximum feeling of well-being.
The buffet breakfast is a delight with a wide range of hot and cold dishes to sample. The staff is very attentive and kind. A 5 star night.

The facilities were fine but we attended a gastronomic event in which other Eurostars from Spain participated and from the 5 assistants we were 4 we are with Gastroenteritis .... something serious to failed in that kitchen 5 *

It is a mandatory stay both for the views and the services offered.
The aesthetic of the hotel is very cozy and cared for.
Breakfast of 10, you have everything you could want at a breakfast, delicious and varied.
The spa has a "jacuzzi" in which you can relax with different jets of water and on the sides there is a wet sauna and a dry one. The views from there are amazing.

In short, a recommended place to enjoy the views, a very good stay and visit an iconic place in Madrid.

Too bad to have 5 stars. The room was cold and the hot air did not work, as has happened to other people. Water was leaking from the shower to the bathroom through the door. Used gel and shampoo bottles filled. Some parts of the bathroom furniture half loose from the wall. Little lighting is dark. The minibar in the empty room.

It is the worst hotel I have been able to go to in Madrid, I went because I was at a conference, but I never even thought about staying in this place. It looks like a dating hotel, very very bad.

Came for a reception looking forward to the views. Found myself underground in some kind of windowless hangar.

To be a 5 star I saw many failures: big bed that really are two small together, the faucet of the sink broken, the shower water came out, there is limit of the volume of the TV so if you take to see a You have a hard time The spa also seemed small. The cleaning service got us up to 5 times in a day inside the room without permission.
The rest of the room very well, the lighting, the modern decoration and the great views. They also gave us the late check out.

Too bad the cafeteria is no longer available to enjoy the views.

Hotel management and customer service is not up to a hotel in that category. The hair dryer did not work I called the reception three times and after two hours at 1 am I had to go down personally to look for one; I was accompanied by hotel staff to look for other rooms to see if there was an empty room with one that worked. Cleaning is not suitable for that category either, the floor looks quite dusty. Undoubtedly in Madrid there are many better options, it is not worth anything. The staff does not see anything happy and the hotel management with guests is not good.

In general very good place to stay in Madrid, has a spa on the 29th floor with views of the city and breakfast restaurant on the 30th floor, something small for all the people we were.

If I can give a ZERO review I will do it! The receptionists are very unfriendly and rude! I cant believe how they treated their quest. I am a frequent traveller who travels 2x a year for 2 months per travel. My friend who travels with me was treated with disgust at the reception area. They put me in a room where aircondition is not working, after complaining the staff transfered me to a different room and still the aircondition is not working. Again, they transfer me to another room after complaining tirelessly to another room that the airconditioner is working. Just dont have any choice but to stay in this hotel that gave me a lot of headache! This hotel doesnt deserve to be called 5 star. Because they are not.

A five star hotel with a staff of three as much. Upon arrival at the hotel to check-in, we had to wait almost half an hour because the reception staff was lost. As for breakfast, perfect food but the staff fails again.

We tried the 1 hour thermal circuit and it was a wonderful moment. Definitely one of my favorite place for relaxing time

The employees at Receiption desk and the bar are unfriendly require better training, otherwise free WIFI and other facicility is good has met the 5 stars hotel I have been elsewhere in the world.
