They send the cars to the parking lot to unload the suitcases and then they tell you that they are 25. If you have a luxury car, you can unload suitcases at the door.

Very good facilities in a hotel located in one of the 4 Towers. Very close to Plaza Castilla and the Chamartin station. Also, well connected to the airport.

The stay has been perfect. Very friendly staff, and facilities a 10!

It's a nice place, the rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Insufficient light, the bathroom is totally dark in the shower barely visible. At night there are many electrical appliances that make a lot of light.
It is nice but it is not comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff is very attentive. A good place to stay in business tourism trips. Also for dinners or drinks.

The worst hotel in Madrid. First we came from the airport Last Friday was rainy and we couldn't enter we the taxi to the entrance of the hotel door after touching the ring nothing happened we have to walk with the suitcase all the way to the hotel and the people from the hotel where laughing when we open the door I think they do what ever they want in the hotel and no one cares also the service from the people in the hotel is very bad. This is a one star hotel please don't waste your money here there is better hotels

Quality / price ratio

Nice treatment, food in the Volvorrta very well, room dirty floor. The view that was why we had decided that hotel, was not what we expected. The best view to the Castellana is one of the towers. The best food in the Volvoreta and the deal.

It seems to me that it clearly has a star, does not offer enough quality in the rooms or in other services to be considered a five star.

Bad service hurts. And the issue of transportation is painful. They send you cars that are not reliable with nothing professional drivers. Having a taxi stop at the door that really is what I require and trust.

The treatment of the staff is very good, always close and helping at all times, very well maintained rooms, beautiful views and very complete breakfast. We will be back

Whether you are traveling for work or tourism, staying at the Eurostars Tower is a success.

The hotel has spectacular views of the city and is located 9km from the center of Madrid, easily accessible by the Paseo de la Castellana. Parking costs 25 / day but there is a parking lot right in front of the hotel where you can park without problem.

I recommend taking the room with breakfast, the buffet offers high quality products with stunning views.

It seems incredible to me that a hotel of these characteristics does not maintain a single contact person to resolve Incidents. We had a space reserved for an event and after numerous attempts it is impossible to contact, neither to reschedule it nor to return the signal.

Spectacular the hotel, the stay has been magnificent, wishing to repeat the experience.

An exceptional hotel. I loved it. It does not lack detail, the staff is very friendly and everything is very luxurious. The rooms very complete and clean, with jet showers and very comfortable beds. The spa is small, only has a sauna, Turkish bath and small pool with jets and hydromassage, but you enjoy good views of Madrid. The breakfast buffet very rich and complete.

The meeting rooms are pretty good and the organization was very good, too bad the room had the blind windows.

Incredible views from all the rooms and great spacious rooms with baths and huge showers. Clean and very comfy.
However the spa is basic and missing the luxurious touch. We were there for only a one night stay and they were unable to accommodate us for any spa treatments or massages despite my having tried to book this in advance (my emails were ignored).
The breakfast was amazing, worth the money. But I would recommend they get a new toaster you'll wait an eternity.

It is not an expensive hotel for its category, with rooms with spectacular views, or Madrid or the mountains. Very comfortable.

The hotel is very good, but the staff leaves much to be desired in terms of the deal, we asked for a taxi to the airport and instead of calling an official taxi we took another company, the trip was more expensive and we also saw how the receptionist was taking a commission, we feel cheated.

The cafeteria is great. Juan is a great professional, attentive and friendly as well as the rest of his classmates. The prices are those that are in a hotel with those characteristics (not for all budgets). The sandwiches are very rich. And the terrace is great.

Great breakfast place powerful !!! You start the day with a smile!

We liked the hotel, the staff, cleaning ... it has been a great experience, to repeat!

Disappointed. A hotel of this category can be imagined impressive inside. We were in a very ordinary meeting room. I thought that everything would be very modern, with the best technology and I find myself a 3 star hotel room.
The staff stands out for their inexperience. With us they made uncomfortable mistakes in the coffe (the sweets were late) and also the water, disturbing and interrupting. Two colleagues had mishaps in their rooms. One was given a room he wants was occupied and another started cleaning with him inside by mistake.
Disappointed (maybe because of the huge expectations I had). The only thing that does not disappoint are the views.

Good hotel but the bellboys are encouraging the illegal collection of customers to black cars, which means that looking for a hotel by airb & b also comes out sooo cheaper. SO THAT AIRB & B is the best and LEGAL

Very good hotel, I have only been in the building although I do not know the facilities or rooms, but the rest of the building and the outdoor areas, are super well maintained and clean

We went to the spa that has some very cool views of Madrid. That is the best. There is a sauna, a Turkish bath and a pool with jets. It is small and expensive, you pay where you are and what you see.

Much below my expectations. High price for regular service / normal hotel. Rooms are hot and the AC is not working well as long as the walls are glass. The TV indication light is so bright in a way that it will bother you at the time you want to sleep. The terrace is dirty and only one server( take your order, prepare it, brings the bills)

The event has been interesting but I would have liked to be able to enjoy the views of the building and not so much of its basement. Otherwise perfect.

5 star hotel next to the subway. UH exquisite and quite comfortable.

We were having dinner at the restaurant on the 30th floor and saying that everything was fantastic. The excellent treatment, the exquisite food with a superior presentation and the tranquility of the venue with views of Madrid cinema.

Excellent service. Have stayed here twice and will return for sure.
