If I can give a ZERO review I will do it! The receptionists are very unfriendly and rude! I cant believe how they treated their quest. I am a frequent traveller who travels 2x a year for 2 months per travel. My friend who travels with me was treated with disgust at the reception area. They put me in a room where aircondition is not working, after complaining the staff transfered me to a different room and still the aircondition is not working. Again, they transfer me to another room after complaining tirelessly to another room that the airconditioner is working. Just dont have any choice but to stay in this hotel that gave me a lot of headache! This hotel doesnt deserve to be called 5 star. Because they are not.
