I went for a business meeting several days and tried all the hotel services. Comfortable and spacious rooms with very functional bathrooms although large design, fine cuisine, high quality SPA treatments, maybe the bar prices a bit 'too high (bottle of half a liter of water 5 Euros !!!). In meeting rooms it is not possible to regulate the temperature independently so either you do the sauna or you freeze to arrive after hours and hours of meeting to have a decent temperature.

It is the tallest hotel in Madrid although the hotel does not occupy the entire Tower and the upper floors do not belong to the hotel. Still it has stunning views of Madrid and the Sierra. Rooms comfortable, functional and with good design.

It is one of the best hotels in the capital although it is crying out for a reform of the rooms and common areas.

We have been, this weekend for a work convention and we liked the hotel, both the staff, the food, cleanliness, it is a luxury

Hotel with all kinds of luxuries with views of the Castellana. It has different additional services such as room service, bar, restaurant, spa, swimming pool etc ... the hotel's decoration is elegant and clean, creating a very pleasant atmosphere.
The views from the Volvoreta restaurant or the panoramic restaurant from the breakfast room are incredible, whether you are staying or not. It is worth it for an intimate plan to request one of the reserved or the tables by the window.
Spacious and very clean room, wooden furniture, shower and bathtub, well decorated.
The staff who looked after us throughout our stay were very professional and attentive to us. I would like to highlight the Italian girl Roberta at the front desk, Margarita in the breakfast room, Carlos and Elsa in the flooring department. Excellent work.

Totally zero experience, we asked for a triple and for surprise it was not triple, don beds until there is correct, but the 3rd was an extra, an extra with the legs that my 11 year old son could not sleep, the bed moved from one side to the another, they did not solve it because they told us that the triples were all like that, to be a 5 star they should take more care of these details, of course an experience not to return.

The hotel is great and treats them well, a bit far from the center of the country for those looking for tranquility

Really nice hotel in the centre of Madrid. It is one of the tallest buildings in the city and the interior looks marvellous. I did not sleep in the hotel though. I just went there for a Bachata Congress, but looking at the style of the hotel, I imagine that the rooms should be quite nice and with a wonderful view over Madrid.

I was in a skyline room, which does not seem to have been cleaned. Heating to freeze and noisy, it did not work well. I expected more than 5 stars ...

5 star hotel with a strange configuration in the common areas, which are quite dark and you have to be careful. Staff and attention very well.

Stayed a few times for Business trips and its a great hotel & kinda luxurious. I am currently staying at and they failed to mention at time of booking that there a building site next to it and its super noisy. Really noisy at 5am and till late at night! Request to change room and they refused! Will definitely not stay there again!

Impresentable staff and service. At the outset say that, given the existing bad reviews this hotel as you hold money arbitrarily, before making the reservation, we called on two separate occasions at the hotel with the question of whether, in fact, had to leave credit card as collateral to cover expenses during the stay, what they said was ensuring that no obligation.
Well, come the day of our stay in this alleged "Wonderful 5-star hotel" when we put the car in front of the very entrance of the hotel, the buttons, you see that the man was very cold in the month December, did not come to the outside to greet us and only seeing the car stopped, since we did not know how to get to the garage, was when excellence is worthy to go abroad to give a confused and with little desire to indications how we could reach the garage. The truth is that we reached the garage miraculously got into the reception handedly charging like mules with suitcases, and there we found an individual defiant and cocky air without the slightest smile or welcome, demanded us credit card as collateral and if not tipped the street, despite having made the reservation and paid. Having to access blackmail, we go through that dark cave called reception to the elevators and, of course, charging us with all luggage before apathetic and idle view of the buttons. We got to the room and groping groping in total darkness, managed to turn on the lights and see the room they give us is not what we had booked overlooking the Spanish, so we had to call the front desk to enmendasen error , which they did, but pretending to convince us, with all the cynicism, that there had been such a room that faces the side of the hotel, specifically avenue Monforte de Lemos, magic and graceful arrangement of the hotel , it should be considered as Paseo de la Castellana. Once I talk to the manager of this hotel exposing all that had happened, offered twice take care us like bringing some chocolates, champagne and fruit in the room, attention never existed, we were expecting such attention, apart deplorable treatment to the client over lie, they cheat the customer not only with the rooms and with the guarantee of the credit card but it is very usual in this hotel lie and cheat and taunt in the face of customers. Consequently, bad treatment to a client reception staff pushy, arrogant and cocky, ranging from very "sobraditos" with the client and that, apparently, are not very aware of the small stall that they are occupying. Result: no return to this hotel nor recommend it to anyone. Before we go to an inn or seedy slum on the outskirts of Madrid.

There was a breakdown that left us with no air conditioning and no water because it came out brown, we were given two bottles of water and running but when you spend a pasture in a 5 star hotel expect better attention or at least a detail towards the guests ....

I was only for a commercial presentation but everything was fine. Good facilities, a very attentive staff and views of Madrid buenisimas, since the floor where the meeting was at high altitude.

Spacious rooms with good views of Madrid. The spa is small. Very attentive room service, and perfect breakfast in the room. Parking is included in the room. Good price.

Hotel with very good location maybe emblematic for its tower what I did not like anything is that you can not go up to the top floor to see views being hosted without having made previous breakfast or lunch I do not understand

The reservation system is not clear: it is not known from what height you will have a view in the room or where you will look

In general, it is very comfortable and it is a charming hotel. I especially like to have breakfast there because they are very friendly and they are very aware that you do not lack anything, but the service at reception is better. They lack discretion and tables.

Great views and attention, a bit expensive not to be in the center.

I went for a professional event that included dresser at worth 30 and it was fantastic. Great views and a rich menu. To put one downside, there were no toilets on the floor of the event room (Amsterdam room, on the 3rd floor) for this, bathrooms that go down to floor 0, which were small and had a strong smell of pipes.

I was with my wife for her 40th birthday and it was all ideal. Expensive but worth it.

Beautiful, modern and recently built is this first class hotel located in the old sports city of Real Madrid. It is a building of 30 heights, where they locate the restaurant and the breakfast area on the 30th floor. They have SPA, massage services, driver and staff in young and very nice. The breakfast buffet is very complete and with great quality, but the best is in the views you have of the city, the normal rooms are already spacious (30m2), they make great deals on weekends. Totally recommended!

I only put a star because zero can not, all the luggage was stolen three computers all the clothes, things valued at 15,000 euros and not even the cameras worked. They didn't take a responsibility, a real crap service. most likely they agree with thieves

It's just gorgeous! In the very center of the city of business Madrid. In fact, the higher the more beautiful the view from the window.

Made for men. Dark and bathroom has terrible lighting. The gym is on the 29 floor with nice view but super small and old equipment - did not use. That said the rooms are nice size and good quality amenities.

They do not change the dirty sheets! Even when they were insisted on ... some towel either. It's something that in a 5 * establishment should not happen. We ordered 2 breakfasts to the room and they were wrong with one of the breakfasts. The night before the check out they were informed that we were going to leave an hour late. Everything ok However at 12:30 they called to throw us out. The night staff did not leave anything written down. In order first and last time we went.

Didn t feel like a 5-star hotel at any point, more like a standard business hotel. Booked a twin room and on check-in I was asked if it was really necessary to have 2 beds even though it was clear I was staying with my mother...
Room amenities are insufficient: no slippers (unless you ask), no hair conditioner (bring your own!), only one bathrobe (booked the room for 2), etc.
Air conditioning system is a noisy and, as mentioned by many, the bathroom floor is pooled with water after a shower no matter how careful you can try to be.
Breakfast food is okay, service on Friday was great, staff super attentive but on Saturday it was a mess and clearly didn t cope with the amount of customers, have to chase the staff if you need anything.
Anyway, I booked the hotel for the views and wasn t disappointed so as long as you don t expect a 5-star service it s very enjoyable.
