Attention to the painful customer, as you have a problem, forget that they give you a solution. They tell you to write an email, they will call you, but they do not do anything. Those responsible or do not want problems or do not care about everything. It is shameful. I had a problem in November with them and I am still waiting for a solution, call or answer. Lack of professionalism like I've never seen. Worst.
