Good breakfast and location for professional events. Next to Chamartin

Many details that could have been polished, and more knowing that it was a special date. Of rest as I expected, a 5 star hotel with very good views.

Going up to one of the tallest towers in Madrid and being able to see the sights is something worth mentioning. The bad part of the views is that the restaurant overlooks the part of the mountain range, and it would have been better if it had given Madrid its center.

The food is the best I have tasted and the service according to what is expected. The best was the dessert. Very grateful for the birthday cake that prepared us to celebrate the occasion.

First experience in that Hotel which is a beautiful modern tower. First impression when we arrive in the hotel was with the reception. I arrived pretty late, but reception welcome was great and fast (I am rating 5/5 for the reception experience) Room was at the 22th floor, very clean, well equipped, modern design and functional. Unfortunately there was isolation issue with one of the window (wind + noise in the room) . The cooling system is noisy. (I am rating 3/5 for the room experience). I had the opportunity to use the room service - all perfect (rate 5/5) . I had as well a meeting room experience that I will rate 5/5, very functional, food quality for the breakfast, 5/5. Last is the gastronomic Restaurant at the 30th floor. Outstanding view. Lunch experience was good for such place, rating is 3/5. Overall rating is 3/5 - the room experience is driving that rating.

Everything very good, except the service at breakfast. Little professionals, annoying and with an overwhelming face. Nothing to do with the Volvoreta, which are excellent.

The rooms are nice and modern, and they are among the best in a five-star hotel in Madrid. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had a shower and a bathtub, and it was nice to have a hot bath. Curtains and lights can be controlled at the bedside, which is very convenient. If you have a high floor and the room is facing the European door, you can see the panoramic view of Madrid from the window. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, but Madrid's four-star and five-star hotels are basically at this level. If the buffet does not meet the demand, ask the waiter to order it separately, at no extra cost. The dinner at the hotel is said to be good, but I haven't had time to try it. The price is not cheap. It is said to be more than 60 euros per person. The front desk is very professional. Cost-effective. The disadvantage of the biggest one is that the air conditioning in the room is too loud and affects rest. Sleeping at night can only turn off the air conditioner, I don't know if there will be problems in the summer. I have lived many times and almost every room has this problem, I hope to improve. I managed to give a perfect score because I liked this hotel very much.

Really good. The rooms are great. Very comfortable, with high ceilings and with extraordinary views. Breakfast is mandatory. Lots of variety and very good quality. Natural juices, salmon, cheese and good cold cuts, good hot dishes, fruit ... everything and in a room with great views.
Parking is expensive but really comfortable.
The Spa is also very good. Couples massage is highly recommended to disconnect 100%.

HORROR. Leaky sheets, shower with water running out, stained chair, smelly bathroom pipes.
CELIACOS: painful service for Celiac people. For breakfast I asked them for gluten-free bread and for them to toast it in the kitchen due to cross contamination and their response was that they gave it to me as is, when they brought me the beiker bread the waitress told me that it was already my responsibility if you wanted to toast it alongside gluten toast.
When leaving the room and showing the complaints, the receptionist said: I take note . Laughing

Views and rooms spacious and beautiful. It is a business hotel, for corporate events. Others, like Weddings, the decoration is not according to it.

I went to a lunch, and they did not offer too much variety. Regarding gluten, they accompanied me at the buffet to tell me what I had gluten or not (except for what the rest of the guests contaminated)

One of the best hotels I've been to thanks to its spectacular views and the complete equipment of its rooms, where everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The staff is nice and the breakfast, as copious as it is delicious, is enjoyed twice watching Madrid from above. Obviously the price is in line with the level of the hotel although you can find fairly good offers that allow you to pamper yourself from time to time.

Great hotel, excellent staff, very good rest. Large and comfortable beds, variety of pillows, light adjustment, good views. Breakfast is unbeatable, there is even quality Iberian ham and cheseecakes. The only negative point is that it is far from the center, but it is close to the financial centers. Highly recommended

Five stars? My enthusiasm is limited. Bed was great. Breakfast with everything. Bar has very high prices. Staff fantastic! Room and bathroom decorated in dark colors. As clean as I wish it was not. A bit far from the center but close to Bernabeu Stadium.

I never felt worse in a 5-star hotel. The Argentine team was staying and it seems that they only worked for them, when the rest of the guests paid the same for staying at the hotel. Faults of consideration and respect for those who were at the door of the hotel. Let's go no more, there are hotels in Madrid with more class and cheaper than this one.

5 stars? The only thing that has 5 stars is that the building is Nice, and the views from the 33rd floor Spectacular, but 5 stars? I warn that for those who do not know the hotel, it is a building that belongs to the international company PWC that mostly belongs to them, hotel what is the Hotel, has only 20 floors, from 7th to 27th the rest is restaurant , Spa, congress halls, Offices the famous company PWC etc etc, today 06/12/2020 I'm still waiting for me to bring a bath towel, thankfully I have a bathrobe in the closet, and I'm leaving tomorrow, of course a experience not to return, the one in Plaza Castilla is much better than the one in front of the Courts, I came here to say that I was in the Eurostars and show off, but of course they won't see me here anymore.

For a 5-star hotel, not everything seemed right. For example, instead of leaving my bag somewhere suitable, it was put on the floor of the wardrobe.

Very nice rooms, and original architecture. For my taste it lacks lighting, and the design of the showers in the rooms causes a lot of water to escape to the rest of the bathroom and that water spilled everywhere.

Spectacular hotel one of the best in Madrid without a doubt. A luxury of views and facilities.

Great price for an excellent hotel. Well located, 25 minutes from the Gran Via on the metro, so very close to the center and away from the crowd. Very kind staff, spectacular views. Really loved the place and would surely comeback.

Grand Hotel, luxurious and very modern, is located in a strategic place and you can have incredible views of the entire city. It has easy access both by road and by public transport. if you go to the hotel do not hesitate to take the spa, it is quite expensive for the time you get, but you will have spectacular views from the 30th floor and you will see everything madrid at your feet.
