We chose the Eurostars Madrid Tower for the wedding night and we were happy! The friendly treatment, all very polite and with a smile, the spectacular room, and breakfast in a wonderful place, with a panoramic view of Madrid. An excellent option at a super reasonable price. We would definitely repeat

Spectacular view from their rooms. You are very well equipped although somewhat small.

The experience has been disastrous, I would not recommend it to anyone. Although we had a double room reserved, it was only equipped for one person, there was only one dental kit.
The telephone did not work to call reception, we went down to warn of the things that were missing but they did not send them to us.

I wouldn't give it a star, I've been to hotels with fewer stars that are worth more than this.

Good place to stay, especially in Madrid. Most of the hotels in Madrid are old, expensive and terrible service. This is moderate and excellent service and facilities very tasteful, modern and functional.

We only went to the Spa. Spectacular views of Madrid and good treatment. The circuit is not complete but it is totally worth it for the views.

I did not like that the shower is dark (very little lighting inside the shower tray) and that the door opens to the outside and there is no curb to enter inside because being built like this, you cannot put a towel on the floor to step on.
Also the shower was not well insulated in the shower and the floor is dripping like I would have showered outside.
Upon entering the room it was horribly hot. How the heating would have been left on for a whole night and when we called maintenance we were informed that there was a fault in the machine that luckily it was possible to fix although I think they should have done a review in the room before entering customers.
And also, to complete everything, when we arrived in the room there was no courtesy water as they normally leave us ... We have called the reception to bring us 2 bottles and although we were 2 people, they sent us
a small bottle of complimentary water TO SHARE !!! When we went out for dinner, when it was 2:00 in the morning, I asked the receptionist amicably if she could leave me another to go up to the room since they had only left us one when we arrived, which to my surprise she answered me one A very superb way for my taste as a paying customer and he said that if I want water then call room service. A receptionist without any empathy.
In general my stay was one night and I did not like it but for the time that I have been there it did not bother me that much. I will never stay in this hotel again and I do not recommend for more than one night ... now to get out as I needed, my stay was bearable ... the bed was comfortable and apparently the hotel is fine but not look with a magnifying glass.

Fantastic!!!! We did not stay, we just used the spa and great quiet and spectacular views. The only thing that is very small and has few jets but the good thing is that there are hardly any people

One last, is a place where you are comfortable in every way, it is not cheap, but you know that you rest and you know that you pay for something worthwhile, I would go back a thousand times

To be a 5 star the breakfast and lunch buffet is more than a 4 short cortito.Muy modern but poor quality at the buffet

Starting from the base that it is a five-star hotel, with the location and the building they have, and all that this entails, in my point of view, it is a want and not being able.
The rooms are spacious, the views are very good, but the lighting is poor and the pillows are poor ... Breakfast is top quality, but they don't have lactose-free milk at this point, it leaves a lot to be desired.
And finally, a detail that happened to me on the last day; We went up to breakfast and when it was time to serve the natural orange juice, the waitress stained my pants and, even seeing that it had stained me, she did not say anything or offer me anything to clean it. I had to get up and, with my napkin, wipe my pants with a little water ... Anyway, I have been in hotels with fewer stars and less luxury, and I have found many more comforts.

The bed is soft but not comfortable, in fact, it gave us back pain. The hydromassage shower makes the bathroom water come out because the door has old joints / rubber / seals / gaskets. Floor of the dangerous shower with antiresbalante that does not serve of the old thing that is or used. The breakfast is expensive for the little varied that they serve in the buffet.

This is not 5 star anymore maybe 8 year ago was! Bed too old pillows too hard, air conditioner is too loud, no hair conditioner the tinny spa you have to pay 18 euros per person, the spa was too hot, I m so sure I won t be in this hotel ever again! Absolutely no recommend to anyone total rip-off avoid at all cost

Incredible luxury hotel, very friendly service and outstanding that everything was great in our stay. The exceptional breakfast and the beautiful views. We celebrate our anniversary and the romantic pack is quite the size. Great everything :)

Hotel in which what impress most are its views to be the tallest in Madrid, especially at breakfast time that is in the last plnata, very masculine and elegant rooms, and the offer of ldia of lovers one pass , cheap and with which you look great

Carisimo dirty and full noise uan crap I spent so much money I expected it better. I am a bad guy full of prostitutes. Cockroaches came out of the tub.

Surprising to see in the guests the professionalism and the absent warmth in young graduates promises responsibly in positions of responsibility.

The views are very good. The room is very normal to be 5 stars. Breakfast is fine but without excess. In general I expected more from a hotel that has 5 stars. Very focused on the business traveler. In the lobby-bar the prices are execsive, I think it was 7 euros for a soda.

The perfect hotel, impeccable, quiet and luxurious without being overly expensive. The staff is nice and helpful but we suffer several organizational problems in just a few hours of stay that are not typical of this category: we warned that we arrived late but they did not sign it and they marked us as a not show, they gave us the late checkout when arriving by the previous problem but they did not have it in the morning, we were not on the breakfast list ... A bit unfortunate but it did not prevent us from enjoying the hotel night.

We celebrated a business dinner in the halls of the -2 floor. The catering very good, except for the cake that did not come anywhere near the level of the rest of the dishes. The rooms are spacious. Either the acoustic or the sound system was not very good since the speakers were not well understood when they spoke into the microphone.

Good service. Great breakfast. A little far away from the metro stop.

Amazing views, spacious and modern rooms, perfect place to be as a couple, the price is a bit expensive, but it is a 5 star and it is worth it.

The area below for breakfast and a regular coffee. For me it is not a 5 star. The rooms are fine but it is a hotel of executives and business people.

I was having breakfast and both the place and the service received were good.

All an experience in the heights. It is extremely comfortable, the attention of the staff and the cleanliness of the facilities is more than correct. The breakfast buffet was varied. In my case I do not eat meat but the fish, fruit and vegetable options were delicious to complete with a bottle of cava. Really a unique experience!

As a hotel I do not know, but my experience as a worker in one of their kitchens was horrible.
They are slavers, they have people a thousand hours a day, without rest or food, in subhuman conditions and with abuses of authority and power.
The people sick because of him.

I was only in the great barcelona lounge setting up a congress

For me 4.5 stars. There are details that make the difference. We had to ask for another room because it smelled of smoke which we contracted with a view to the Spanish on floor 25. The bathrooms do not have a tissue dispenser and I wonder where I have to leave the towel when leaving the shower ...? ...on the floor? There is no place to leave or hang it.
And if I give a bath, how do I remove the foam if there is no artichoke?
Average breakfast, not 5 stars. The room clean and very new. The garage very large. The staff is friendly. It has 6 elevators that make you not wait even half a minute. We had to queue for the checkin, something that does not look like stars when they had two empty PCs.

Excellent hotel with great structure and service. Breakfast excellent.
