We've worked with ERA twice (so far) and couldn't speak more highly of the company and its owners, Debra and Lou.

We first worked with ERA during our relocation to NY from out of state and were referred through our employer (it was a corporate relocation for a Fortune 100 company). Debra was incredibly patient and responsive and helped us navigate negotiating several specific aspects of the lease agreement for the 4BR home we were looking to rent in Westchester County.



In addition to Debra, we've met Lou and several members of the ERA team and we have only positive experiences to share. Really rare in an industry that is often transactional to find a company that still leads with relationships and being human!
