I saw an apt on Richbell Rd in Larchmont around September which I offered to take and they promised to provide. I inquird repeatedly and heard nothing from Kim or the office as to the status.
December 27 th I called and was told there was an electrical violation on the unit but that I should look at 814C. I did go to the apt and there was an envelope on the door with my name on it. Inside the envelope was a statement for rent. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH.
I paid 1rent, 1security,1brokers fee, signed a lease at ERA no copy given to me.
Received no lease, was overcharged for time where I had not even seen the apt and OVERCHARGED for rent not due.
I refused to pay, got no response from Samson mgmt and finally received an ALTERED LEASE 109 days later with changes they made UNILATERALLY after I signed it.
