Scammer alert!!! Scammer alert!!! Scammer alert!!! I officially moved in on December 14th, 2017. Stephanie Martinez was and still is the property manager to this day. They are scammers, try and blame you for things going wrong with their apartment, like I told the front office, when my swamp cooler was malfunctioning for four months, that I have spare parts that they could use to fix it so that way I wouldn't have to wait any longer for it to be fixed, and then two days later I get a notice on my door saying that I tampered with my swamp cooler and put parts in there that weren't there's, and yet my swamp cooler still never got fixed. Now I am going to make something perfectly clear, I have no way of getting on the roof nor would I know which one was mine. I went to court while I was working with Charities to pay my rent, as I had just lost a roommate and experienced a major Financial loss. Stephanie Martinez knew that I was working with a charity, and the judge even told Entrada Pointe that they are to accept payment from me, and that she was only making the late charges stick, and that if I didn't pay that they would have to file the 7-Day writ of restitution themselves. Well the very same day that the court made this determination, the charity went up to the front office to pay the rent, as well as I accompanied them, to make up any difference that they could not pay. Stephanie Martinez would not accept their payment nor mine, and I was ready to pay for all of August September and October all at once. The charity was going to help me with August and I have the money for the other two. Apparently all these people are scammers I will be filing suit. Stay away, unless you like people taking your money and being homeless. I now get to live in my truck because of this lying thieving woman. I found A3 bedroom 2 bathroom house for $800 a month. And that house has AC. They want $950 a month for a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. What a rip off these apartments were built in the 1980s they are energy inefficient as heck, they have constant problems that you can't figure out, when maintenance can figure out what's wrong, they do a good job, but it seems the front office doesn't care if you have a swamp cooler for your apartment, and your apartment is currently 91 degrees on the inside because the swamp cooler is malfunctioning, they would rather just leave it like that so that way you will leave on your own terms and break the lease so they get extra money. Stay as far away from these apartments as possible, I lived here once 8 years ago and there was a different management company and owners, and it doesn't seem like anything has changed one iota since that time period. PS I talked to one of the other maintenance men before the new maintenance guys took over, then he explains to me how Stephanie Martinez Carla D in any of the other front staff that worked up front would put people that did not qualify into an apartment let them stay a couple of months and then evict them. These people are despicable deplorable POS thieves that could care less about your well-being or the roof over your head.
