I requested an increase in power and implicitly the installation of a three-phase meter and I received within 30 days an email in which I was informed that I had to look on the distribution portal to see what was approved. But in the style of years of sad memory, instead of receiving by email a complete information with the data that interests me, I am sent to look on a site that first of all I have to find. I entered the site and I could not find a section that would allow me to see that information. So not at all friendly with the client but to make you waste unnecessary time looking for something you can't find. I tried on the phone to get some information but to my amazement, the lady at the end of the line said that she didn't know where to look either. Maybe if I change the supplier I will be lucky to find a new supplier who cares about the customer.

Very poor experience with Enel. I submitted the documents for the contract to Enel and for over 7 months nothing has been resolved. Absolutely no change. I have called countless times and I am not told anything on the phone. Nobody knows, another department works, but they don't know, just steam.
They tell me on the phone that it will ring in 2 weeks. A month passes and I don't receive any phone calls. Mega embarrassing experience.
Another aspect is that you have no one to call directly. You have to struggle to get to talk to a man. I think I intentionally hide in the phone message the option to talk to an OM, although no automatic message has an answer to your problem.
