Sun today, wait for 15 minutes and close. I call the second time, I get the call after 2 minutes. I tell them what problems am I saying they broke the computer system and that they call me after 30 minutes. It's been two hours.
In short:
Receiving bills in a place where I passport 15 years ago but first and current address. I tell them that I moved there, the house was sold and the new bulletin was changed in 2010.
Proof of payment by email 3 times of overdue bills last summer after almost a year of unpaid extras.
I really did not meet a bad customer support.
