Enel Dobrogea falsified my grandmother's signature (and did not do a good job that does not resemble the original one) on an invoice she bought from Enel 6 !!!! packs of 4 Philips LEDs worth 600 lei! instead of giving it back after reading the counter. The house had not been there for a while, and it was normal for the index to be much lower than estimates. Shame on you! Take 600 lei from an old man with 150 lei pension per month! It's like we live in Romania.RUSINE !!!
