I have not lived in Belgium since October 2021 and the house for which the invoice has been made for was sold to someone else in January 2022 (I sent you the proof of moving and screenshot of your confirmation email from February 2022 multiple times) . My contract with you has been long cancelled. I have filled the form for this in February 2022. This is clearly not my invoice. Please stop trying to charge me. You are not legally authorised to charge me via domiciliëring as I am not your client. I have contacted my bank, and reported you to the Energy Ombudsman, and the European Consumer Centre.

All start's at 7/10/2022 when Eneco cancel the contract with no notice and send me to Fluvius. At 20/11/2022 I got a call from Fluvius saying I got a contract with them (I never sign nothing) so at the moment I was thinking it was a scam. depper in it when I found out Eneco cancel my contract with no explaination (until today I dont know why), with them. My personal info went to Eneco to Fluvius with no concent of me. Any way, since my contract with Eneco had a end I needed to dive depp in the problem, thats when I was contacted by Stad Halle to make the arrangement with me and Fluvius. I gave to Fluvius my readings, so I had to pay a extra amount arround 4000eur, because in 3 years no one got the readings, even the companys in question, so I agree with Fluvius and Stad Halle in a second meeting to pay all the extra cost in 3 years, Until today I'm still paying it. So the problem with Fluvius was fixed. The problem of Eneco start when they claim the same amount with extra civil costs and they send it to Intrum, I give to them all the proves but the still ignore it and forcing to pay it and trying to make it a huissier de justice cause. Intrum its going after 6200eurs. I have all proves in emails, letters against Eneco and Intrum. I was allready in the office of ghent trying to show it in paper, but they refuse to listen me our to show it.

Received quote for 120 per month, better than current supplier so switched. First payment asked for 350 . Asked why and was told as that bills were divided in 12, yes, but why such a big difference? Well, actually their financial year ends in April so you pay a higher amount if you switch during the winter. This was not at any point explained. Really faut spelen eneco. Not impressed and looking to switch.
Yesterday eneco rings me at 10 am to talk about my consumption and to see the possibility which is offered to me, being unable to listen to the girl during 10 min at work I ask her to ring me around 12:30. From the 4 missed calls because I still didn't know off the hook. First ENI client then ENECO. Pitiful service with relocated operators in a Maghreb country. Operators hardly speak French better than a Spanish cow. Long waits on the phone, competitive rates the first year and then no more. No transparency in the rates charged. It exists much better in the energy market in Belgium.

Profiled as a sustainable supplier (18/20 at Greenpeace) and available in Flanders and Wallonia only, Eneco now offers 4 fixed tariffs and 2 variables in electricity as well as 3 fixed tariffs and 2 gas variables. An increased offer, which is unfortunately never interesting since the proposed formulas are at least 4 to 5% (for "Sun & Vent Go") and up to 15% more expensive than the cheapest offer in electricity and from 8 to 22% more expensive in gas.

Awful experience. Eneco is recognized for fraudulent practices in a more or less legal way. I do not recommend at all this electricity supplier whose sole objective is to charge as much as possible to a maximum of consumers.

Send invoices to an old address following a change of address and charge 'administrative costs' for late payment. Customer service representative admits the error but refuses to meet the demand to drop the falsely charged administrative fee because they are "legally required to charge it".
Surpluses are said to be settled "[...] against future invoices", as indicated on the relevant invoices. Afterwards, it turns out that the credit has been deposited anyway, and that future invoice still had to be paid (with, you guessed it, 'administrative costs' as a result).

At Luminus we only had to pay 86euro and at Eneco 165euro while they promised on 12-01-2018 to get a more favorable rate than at Luminus. Is a difference of just under 80 euros more than what they promised us. So be careful what they tell you !!!

They charged us without notifying us or requesting our social rate. What a stubbornly dramatic administration at Eneco and an annoying business model .. I switched and a few months later they pretend that I did not switch and every time they have too much in advance or too high invoices.
