Only my friends and the members of the clubs of which I am a member call me by my first name. I hate misguided familiarities that are an expression of a lack of respect. The answers to the comments bear witness to this. The use of "mister" or "madam" seems unknown to Eneco. Experience has taught me that the use of the given name is often accompanied by little correct behavior towards the person being addressed.
