First ENI client then ENECO. Pitiful service with relocated operators in a Maghreb country. Operators hardly speak French better than a Spanish cow. Long waits on the phone, competitive rates the first year and then no more. No transparency in the rates charged. It exists much better in the energy market in Belgium.
