They charged us without notifying us or requesting our social rate.
We then receive a retroactive settlement because it appears that we were not entitled to it according to them and we have to add the difference which is an immense amount for something that we have never requested or have never been informed about !!!!
These are fraudulent practices and don't stop there !!!
We contacted a lawyer and called in the ombudsman THIS MUST STOP.
