August 2020: Recently switched to Eneco. They now ...

August 2020: Recently switched to Eneco. They now send the bill via Mail. OK. (I used to be more modern via Zoomit, but that is not possible.) But what irritates me most of all is that - even before I 'have' to pay - they start sending extra emails with: "Your Eneco invoice already paid?".
Now I am like a very punctual payer and I find it disturbing when they start treating me as a casual (defa) payer. Do this if I pay late (maybe like many) but NOT EARLIER please.
