I came to Dr. Hale with an old root canal/crown that was very painful.. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. Dr. Hale tested the tooth using several different methods to make sure he understood my problem. We decided to do a re-treatment. I told him that I was very sensitive and had issues with pain during dental procedures before. He said that this would be my best experience, and he was right! He completely numbed the whole area. I had zero pain, even the next day. His assistant Leigh Ann was wonderful too. No one did a thing without explaining it to me first. I felt very comfortable and I wish I could go to their office for general dentistry. I will definitely come back here if I need other endodontic treatments.
