My husband was there yesterday for a procedure. He does NOT like being in that chair. He said his experience was exemplary. He felt comfortable with Dr. Hale's assistant Leigh Ann and his procedure went off without a hitch. He said Dr. Hale was a magician with the needle he didn't feel a thing. Leigh Ann was singing the whole time and even Dr. Hale chimed in a time or two. He also said the music in the office was right in his wheel house. He hopes to not have another issue but, if he did, he would go back without hesitation. 5 Stars. Hands down. Great operation in Carrollton.
