We have been with Endeavor (CCRTC) now for going on to 26 years and we couldn't be happier or more satisfied! They have always been on the forefront for supplying out telecom needs in every way ... telephone ... TV ... an internet service ... and done so at a very reasonable cost. And their customer service is TOP NOTCH! Every time you call the person is always so pleasant and helpful ... like you are talking to a good friend. And really that is what Endeavor employees are ... good friends .. because they truly care about taking care of you. Oh, and I can't forget to mention what a great job that they do in implementing the latest telecom technologies for our cooperative! The best example of that is the project from a few years ago to bring fiber optic lines to all of their service areas! We got fiber optic service in 2008 .... long before many customers in major urban areas did! Keep up the great work and great service Endeavor!!!

on thursday, june 6th a girl was kind enough to pick me up off the side of the road and pay for my groceries at the cloverdale dollar general. I am on a fixed income so this was a kind gesture. I walked there because I dont have my drivers license and the weather was nice when I left. when I was checking out she had seen me counting my change and paid for everything. I thanked her a lot and then took my bags and started walking back to my home. In the parking lot this girl stopped me and asked if I needed a ride anywhere or any help. it was starting to sprinkle and I didn't want my groceries to get wet so I let her take me home. Her name was savanna and she worked here at endeavor communications. We had a great talk in the car. she listened to me talk about my life and she told me about her job at endeavor and how much she loves it and how she is a student at Purdue. I don't have endeavor service or anything but listening to the way this girl talked about her job told me that it is a great company with even better people in it, which is proven by savannas kind gesture. She helped me bring in my groceries and helped me set up my gmail on my old laptop to. she was very nice and helpful to me. I had no other way of getting a hold of her so I thought I would leave this review here for her to see hopefully. she said she worked in the marketing and sales part of the company. I hope endeavor realizes what an awesome person they have in her because she really helped me a lot

Sadly this is the only internet we can receive in our area and they charge $100/ month for less than mediocre internet. On top of that, they will charge you $300 for cancel your contract when you are moving to a location they do not service. I would recommend getting a hotspot on your phone over choosing this company for any internet service needs.

I love this company. After being an unwilling Comcast customer for several years in Indianapolis, it was a breath of fresh air to sign on with Endeavor when we moved to a more rural location. Super fast and reliable internet at an awesome price (read $79.99 a month for 100 mb/s!), and their customer service is A+.

I was pretty impressed when I called to set up my new serviced that I could get 1g internet in my rural home with no contract!! I couldn't even get that in Indianapolis with Xfinity, the best they would do was 600mg and they charged me for equipment. If I had known moving to the sticks would give me better internet and a local company with great customer service and technicians I would have moved sooner!!!

Literally no one else was able to deliver what I needed. Now that I am working from home I needed faster internet than 25mb/s. Endeavor was the only company that actually delivered and I have had 0 issues since they came. I m so glad I found them!

I've been a customer of Endeavor Communications for almost 18 yrs. I currently have phone and internet service. The quality of internet allows my wife to work from home full-time and enabled us to begin using streaming service instead of satellite TV. I've only had to call customer service a few times over the years and always had quick and professional assistance. Happy Holidays to everyone at Endeavor!

Wow looking to change services if something don't change our bill for one month and prorated of 2 weeks was way over $500,00 we only have basic cable and internet with a phone you can only call a county we don't even live in and they said our bill was only going to be 170.00 monthly that was a lie.. Our DirecTV bill was $73.00 monthly with starz movie channel.. Reding all of the bad reviews you would think upper management would fix this broken company...

There it's gone. But, I now since you called me because I have you a bad review I'll give you you this one instead. You were VERY RUDE. I didn't remember you telling me that I would get my Bill through email. So when you called me and said that you told me you did I'm not gonna lie I said no you didn't tell me that. And you said " I want you to listen to something cause I did tell you that". I said no you don't have to do that and you try to push it on me. I said I'm not doing this and I hung up on you. You tried to make your point but you didn't have to do it in that way. So instead of it being something simple that I had already called and worked out, your verbal phone call was rude. And I believe you could of settled that and proved your point in a different way. So people if you give a bad review be expecting a rude phone call.

My computer wasn't working for some reason. It is an hp laptop and I'm not very tech savvy, myself. I tried to navigate the HP website, but it seemed like I was just going in circles. Finally, I sent my laptop to Endeavor. They were all extremely friendly and had my laptop fixed in no time. I would definitely send my computer there again if any other problems arise.

Upgraded our service to speed up and accommodate our wifi phones and TVs. The only thing that changed was the bill! Also the clickers are junk! We have 2 remotes both are fried and less than 2 years old.

EDIT** Terry handled this ticket first thing this morning and called to let me know it should be back to normal. Once I got home our speed was back up and I called to let her know. The smart hub app it s the easiest and fastest way to get issues solved and recommend it. I also commend Terry for making sure she touched base with me about the issue we had and the actions she took to fix it in such a timely manner.
We ve only had the 1 GB internet service for about a month and after many speed tests it only ever topped out at around 300 Mbps on the 5G and only around 80 Mbps on the regular one. Currently, and more often than not, it s either around 75-80Mbps on 5G and 8 Mbps on regular OR it s completely not working. No devices can connect and it s just out. We only have one TV and we can t game online, watch streaming services, or use our desktop computer with the WiFi. It s more frustrating when the kids need to do school work on their chrome books and can t connect. I turned in a problem ticket and here s to hoping we can see anywhere near the speed we pay for.

So we have had WiFi from endeavor for a few months, and have a problem where the 2.4ghz band stops working at 12:05 am every night consistently, the. It would work for a few days and stop working at 1:05 am and then stop working at 11:05 and sometimes the 5ghz band would stop working to. It s currently not working on my computer and Xbox but every thing else works so I m not sure how to fix this it it s annoying.

Yes Endeavor is expensive but I live in the country and Endeavor provides me 100 meg fiber optic service. When we were looking at homes there were locations that had no option at all for Internet. As far as reliability they are 100%, as far as customer service they are simply awesome, always friendly and eager to help with concerns. Hopefully some day soon they will let people opt out of phone service for a lower monthly rate and establish some discount for the 55 and over crowd AKA seniors because we are on lower fixed incomes. The only reason I'm giving a four instead of a five star is the cost but then again you get what you pay for and over my first year of service Endeavor has delivered 100% friendly service 100% of the time.

The old saying "you never know how good things are until you lose them" is certainly correct in this instance. I had Endeavor Communications television and internet. I moved away from their service area and was left with the choice of New Wave for television and a choice of New Wave or Frontier for internet. I can tell you first hand that Endeavor has superior programing available and my internet through Frontier is supposed to be faster but is not as fast as Endeavor. I would encourage Endeavor Communication to research expanding into the Brazil, Indiana area. I would be the first to switch to their service. Loved and lost!

Great customer service and knowledgeable techs that know how to get the job done! They are quick to complete tasks but are also efficient in the way they do it. Endeavor is a fantastic company in the small town of Cloverdale!

Our family had used Endeavor (CCRTC) since 1999 and we have been so very happy with this company. They are 2nd to none. We have internet service as well as a landline. I hear people complain about competitors in the surrounding towns and I am so very glad we have nothing but good things to say about this phone company. Everyone there had been extremely polite and courteous to me any time I've called. Thanks Endeavor and keep up the great work. You're rocking it!

I absolutely love their wifi service. Never have issues. Fast easy way to pay and plus the price is not bad either. We have been with them for 7 months or so. I would recommend this company to anyone. The guy who installed our service was very nice and polite and gracefully handled our children asking questions and being kids. Extremely professional. I just cant say enough good things about Endeavor Communications! Thanks guys for everything!

Had a horrible experience with getting service. Was told different information on getting set up. Have talked to numerous people about getting service started, 200 hundred dollar deposit 100 installation fee. It doesn t seem to matter how your credit is they are going to charge 200 hundred dollar deposit. Paid 100 dollars for the service guy to come out to turn on the equipment, because the Cloverdale office employees are to lazy to open up a computer and turn the service on. The manager is so rude and talks down to you. They kinda got you by the nose because all the other service in my area doesn t work well. Treating customers like this will come to bite them in the butt.

Have had many issues with internet and TV since service started almost 10 yrs ago. Canceled tv subscription because of picture quality and unreliability. Our internet has went out 3 different times and had to have main box replaced all three times. The home techs are very friendly and seem concerned of your issue. That's not the same feeling I get when I call the customer service. Way to expensive to use the home phone for long distance, and never use it for local calls, but they make you keep and pay for one service in order to get the services you actually want. Not sure what this co-op letters are all about. Been here 10 years and never seen a penny!!

Customer service is rude EVERY time I call and, I've had to call many times. I dread calling them and have thought to ask them before why they sound so disgruntled. Thought I maybe caught the wrong person the first few times on a bad day. Nope, its every time, it's like they have the hardest job in the world. With that being said the technical assistants I have to say have been extremely pleasant and will work with you a long while to try and fix your problem. I would give them 5 stars if I could rate seperately. It's the only reason I have given 2 stars instead of 1.
