EDIT** Terry handled this ticket first thing this morning and called to let me know it should be back to normal. Once I got home our speed was back up and I called to let her know. The smart hub app it s the easiest and fastest way to get issues solved and recommend it. I also commend Terry for making sure she touched base with me about the issue we had and the actions she took to fix it in such a timely manner.
We ve only had the 1 GB internet service for about a month and after many speed tests it only ever topped out at around 300 Mbps on the 5G and only around 80 Mbps on the regular one. Currently, and more often than not, it s either around 75-80Mbps on 5G and 8 Mbps on regular OR it s completely not working. No devices can connect and it s just out. We only have one TV and we can t game online, watch streaming services, or use our desktop computer with the WiFi. It s more frustrating when the kids need to do school work on their chrome books and can t connect. I turned in a problem ticket and here s to hoping we can see anywhere near the speed we pay for.
