Have had many issues with internet and TV since service started almost 10 yrs ago. Canceled tv subscription because of picture quality and unreliability. Our internet has went out 3 different times and had to have main box replaced all three times. The home techs are very friendly and seem concerned of your issue. That's not the same feeling I get when I call the customer service. Way to expensive to use the home phone for long distance, and never use it for local calls, but they make you keep and pay for one service in order to get the services you actually want. Not sure what this co-op letters are all about. Been here 10 years and never seen a penny!!
