One of the worst companies to work for. Me and my partner got a job at their call center in Barcelona, the first day would be education, and first of all we were never told that it was unpaid, Emma who held the so-called education never informed us about it. The training was very poor, no planning and no exercises, at 15:00 we were told that we would start calling companies and invite to some kind of meeting but have the foreign names and or could not Swedish so were and are not welcome to invest in funds in Sweden, because according to Sharpio they do not want foreign companies, maybe discrimination? The advisor named Joakim so he does not want to see the names Abdullah or Mohammed on the guest list. On Monday when we arrived and were going to work we were barely 5 minutes late, and that was because we had to wait for the elevator, among other things, that the office building opens at 08:00 but according to Emma and Helene we should be ready to start call at 8am and they have keys and can come in but we had not got it, quite impossible situation. During the training, we could hear how Emma and an employee, Sara, sit and talk "shit" about former employees. I NEVER recommend anyone to look for this place, SHARPIO INVEST AB is called. We were told via Whatsapp group with others that a major scandal has happened around the Swiss bank that governs this has recently happened, so investing NEVER in SHARPIO INVEST AB is my recommendation.
You are apparently the owner of Sharpio invest, which has a call center in Barcelona. They were the worst employer in history. Emma who is going to hold the education does not know what she is doing. The same day we had education we got no info about unpaid or time but got 8-16 and got to work. Also found out the day before 7 pm that it was 8.00 instead of 10.00 as it was training ... Also learned then that with Arabic / Muslim names we should not call .. so you should probably check out what Sharpio Invest is doing.
