I'm a loyal Hilton Hotels & Resorts supporter and have double digit stays each calendar year. This was by far the WORST EXPERIENCE I've had at any of the properties. The GYM was DIRTY, treadmill EQUIPMENT was BROKEN, and I had to call numerous times to get a towel to the gym as there was none available (on a Tuesday afternoon no less -- certainly not the result of busy traffic in the facility). Each day I called housekeeping to cordially request my room be cleaned as my family of 6 was staying in a 2-bedroom suite -- on the first day we had to make MULTIPLE CALLS FOR HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE and the last evening they were a complete NO SHOW!! We MADE OWN BEDS in all our rooms and few guests used HAND TOWELS TO DRY OFF before dinner. GARBAGE WAS OVERFLOWED in all rooms! Around 8pm a staff member came by and gave us 3 TOWELS NOT FOLDED for a family of 6 and said they were off duty leaving for the evening. TERRIBLE SERVICE -- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
