Embassy Suites Outdoor World DFW Review

Nice place, currently under renovation so some amenities are unavailable, and wifi is patchy

Room 432. Beautiful hotel. Great room. Great breakfast. Delightful stay

We stayed one night on the 12th floor in a suite and our stay was great. The staff was very courteous and handled all our needs. The room was spacious and had a great balcony view. The room was clean but the bathrooms needed some extra attention. This included the floors and the sink area. The air conditioning was on par but could be better. We did not utilize any other onsite amenities during our stay. All in all we will be back when we are in the area.
I usually read reviews before I stay at a new place but decided against it this time. Seems like the hotel has been receiving some bad ones lately. I m glad I gave it a shot.

The room was ample, quiet and clean. The service was good during check-in/check-out for a conference. The perk of having a Starbucks inside the hotel was great for a coffee lover. However, the lobby was riddled with mosquitoes and flies. That was extremely annoying during lunch and dinner at the hotel.

Excellent staff. They were accommodating and respectful with every interaction. Great on-site dining options. Room was clean and well maintained. Gym could use a replacement, however.

Had a lovely night at the Embassy Suites. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great. They have a balloon lady on Saturday mornings making balloons for the kids. She was very creative. That was such an unexpected treat for the kids. The smallest details make the best experiences.

This is a beautiful hotel with many amenities. The the breakfast is well done with a decent omelette station. The decor is modern and the location is right for your money, Central not only to the airport but too many other attractions like the Lego exploratorium and right down the street from six flags and other amusements. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool in the hot tub we're both out of order and the hotel itself seemed understaffed.

The service was great. The room was very well kept, shower was clean, and the bed was sooo comfortable that I wish that I could of at least taken the pillows with me.
At the end it was a wonderful experience my wife and I had and will have more to come with them.

Lobby's nice it has an open center throughout all the floors. They have a really good breakfast and staff is friendly. The room is clean everything like to be updated there's a TV in the bedroom and a TV in the living room portion all of the lighting is basically from lamp which provides enough adequate lighting. I had no issues

Suite was very nice. Clean and roomy. Bed were very comfortable. Everything was great and entire family loved the place.

Good hotel no issues I just hate due to covid like the breakfast they have to cook everything and there's less options like I wanted a Texas shape waffle idk if it's the actual waffle or the shape but I really wanted some and it was only pancakes but other than tht great service I wanted to stay to see abt the indoor pool but couldn't

Great staff, great venue, 200 person conference without a hitch. Would recommend.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The staff (mainly Savanah) went above, beyond, and over the top to make our stay special.

Room had a weird smell, asked to come look, never heard from Them

Excellent car park service for travelers going out of town.

I attended a work holiday party...the food was fantastic and the restrooms were nice. There was also plenty of parking.

Covid19 has canceled breakfast and evening reception.

I'm not one to post negative things, but I was very disappointed in our stay this weekend. We have been staying here faithfully for 10 years. Usually five times a year, especially at Christmas. But we will not be back again. I have been following the remodel for months. This week I checked and it said it was the lobby was finished and the restaurant is open. Well false advertising, restaurant is not open and the room service menu is very limited. We ordered from Big Bucks. We called ahead and asked for a view of the lake, front desk said it was done, it wasn't. We were just wanting to get away for the night ( driving 2 1/2 hours). We took our kids down to the pool and we were going to do the hot tub, it was police taped off. Front desk said it needed a new part and they were not fixing it. Going to fill it in, wow. A multi million $ renovation and can't fix the hot tub. What are us adults supposed to do while the kids are in the pool? And the renovation, it looked nice if want to feel like your in a hospital lobby. We always loved the warm, rustic, homie feeling. Well it's long gone! The water falls are gone, which muffled everyone's conversations. Now it sounds like your in a school cafeteria. But anyway, I'm very disappointed in my home away from home because I will never be back their.

Great ballroom and lots of space! VERY uncomfortable chairs though!!

Checking in was a bit slow because there is no line, just whoever takes it first. Other than that, everything else was great. They have a Starbucks and a bar, but we had food provided by the event. The 2 bedroom is spacious and had a great view. The breakfast was also great, and checking out was definitely easier.

It was under construction but they had complimentary sodas

Everything was great, love the guy over the he'll hope, he was great. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but hey, it was a sofa bed.

The recent remodel gives a whole new look to this location. The new look is well-done and modern, but I personally preferred the old decor.

Beautifully redone recently. But only the lobby area. The staff there is great. You never want for anything. The food is super too!

Great location. I had little interaction with the staff, but the little there was proved to be pleasant. I've always loved Embassy properties.

We stayed overnight at this hotel and overall, our experience was good, but we found it to be somewhat lacking. Our room (a 12th floor suite)was quite spacious and had plenty of room for our children to play. It was mostly clean but we found two garments left from previous guests in our bedroom( not in the drawers). The beds were comfortable and we slept nicely. The bathroom had a tv in it which was interesting and a little bit luxurious feeling but it didnt work. Two of the main points we decided on the Embassy Suites were the free happy hour cocktails and snacks, and the indoor pool/spa area. The cocktails tasted like something we mixed up in college and were extremely strong and cheap tasting. We could not drink them, even the Sangria was awful. The indoor pool was cloudy and had things floating in it. The spa area was green and had a smell that resembled a dirty aquarium. The complementary breakfast was amazing! It was a large buffet with alot of choices and everything we tried was good. We will probably try another hotel if we return to this area.

Best hotel breakfast and the open bar is a definite plus

Went to pick up some people to go to the Gaylord Texan. If you plan on going to the Gaylord Texan during Christmas this I would suggest staying here instead due to its low price (~$100 less than Gaylord) and breakfast and drinks.

Great staff. So friendly and professional. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are comfortable. The conference space is nice. The food is AMAZING. Usually I'm not impressed with hotel food, but their burger is soooo good. My only complaint, and it is a very minor one, is that it is always very cold in the hotel. Overall though, it is an exceptional hotel in a great location.

The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. The lobby is very well maintained as are the rooms and the common areas. The room is large spacious and clean with terrific amenities. I was not happy with the quality of the food at the restaurant and chose to eat mostly off-site. The rooms need some updating as the bathroom fixtures were all loose and on the verge of coming apart. I'm a diamond member of the Hilton family and always enjoy staying at their hotels and though the place had some issues I would recommend staying here because of the comfort and location.

I used the Hilton app to choose my room. I pulled up the floor plan and chose a corner room with a balcony. I liked that the room was the standard cookie cutter type. The room was larger and uniquely shaped. The desk agents were friendly and professional at both check in and check out. Can't wait to visit again.

The hotel was being renovated so there was alot of work going on. This is typically a very busy hotel with lots of people

Service was good. Had an early morning flight. Park-n-fly / shuttle service was very convenient. Unfortunately when I got into the room the tub and toilet weren't draining and I wasn't able to take a shower.
