Clean rooms, great breakfast. Rooms a little dated!

Though it was easy parking, quick transfer to the airport and Cheap -
Upon returning, there was over 1 hr wait for pick up. I definitely got what I paid for... Never again. I am very upset. I have called multiple times and was told there was an issue with the driver.

Really like the hotel it was clean and staff was very professional. But they need more Handicap parking but other than that it's a great place to stay. The breakfast is really good also.

Used it for parking. Easy and close to the airport.

The embassy suites, though a bit further from the airport then the name implies, was a great location for a wedding I attended. The grand ballroom was spacious and decorated. The staff were quick and seemed to handle everything without and extra instructions or nagging.

It was OK, crazy construction dorked up the admin and bar scene but the staff is great.

Used it for park and ride. Helpful bellman jumped my dead battery.

Great location, near lots of restaurants & the HUGE Grapevine Mills Mall. Only 5 minutes from D/FW Airport.

Very nice hotel, seems a bit bipolar at the moment since it is going through an update. The ground floor is new and modern while the rooms, well they look like you walked into an George Straight music video. Great location near the airport however the traffic is very heavy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I did have issues with the room but they were quickly addressed and resolved.

Very comfortable hotel. Like a little suite. Lovely lobby. Especially enjoyed the breakfast... omelets made to order!

Just parked there for a flight out. They picked us up pretty quick from the airport when we returned.

I stayed in a room that i'm not sure was or wasn't a smoking room. It was a bit noisy as the walls seemed thin and there was a 2 inch gap under my front door. Food was okay and staff friendly.

Attended a party here, was a delightful experience, and I was very pleased beginning to end. The service was excellent, the food and drinks were good, and the space was very adequate.

Wonderful hotel, convenient to airport, fantastic staff rooms and service. Starbucks available. Hotel is under construction for renovation but if it weren't for the covers concealing the construction you'd never know it.

Didn't have any hot water for a shower. Waited 10 mins for it to heat, did not have much more time to wait for hot water

Complimentary food was wonderful, amenities were good and service was excellent. Worst thing I could say we were there during construction and had to go in side door.

This hotel is amazing there always friendly breakfast is everything rooms are always relaxing...Never a disappointment out of my 5yrs

One of the lamps was not operating and there were at least 7 large bugs in the room.

Great hotel. I haven't been at a hotel that has tried so hard to do it all right in a long time. Nice job. Would stay here again when in Dallas.

Don t use for parking. Park, walk a quarter mile, wait. Shuttles rotate every 30 minutes. On return, called from airport at 9:15 am. Wouldn t answer. Called again, wouldn t answer and voicemail was full. Finally got through on the 5th call and talked to a human. Finally got picked up 45 minutes after I called. I suggest spending the extra dollar a day and using a more convenient option.

The staff here is wonderful, and the little perks at Embassy are great. The complimentary breakfast is actually very good and the evening happy hour is nice. The atrium is undergoing a renovation and will be beautiful when it's finished, but they would have been smarter putting that revenue into the rooms. The decor is drab and dated and the beds feel like the dreaded garage sale special in your parent's spare room. The sleeper sofa was truly awful, and I'm sorry my girls were stuck on it...they make comfortable sleepers now, and there's no excuse for not having them here. I love Embassy as a rule, but won't be returning here.

I was actually here at a conference meeting. This is a great location quick access to the airport. The banquet hall is outstanding. If the food was actually prepared at the hotel which I don't know if it was for sure then these people really make some great food

Newly remodeled! Sleek clean look! Same family friendly atmosphere! Rooms are clean and updated. Free happy hour drinks and snacks! Great value for the price!!

Its a place for the whole family to stay very hospitable .

I wasn't really there. I was in thier parking lot waiting for a tour to start. The parking lot was nice.

Hotel and staff are great. Rooms need remodeling but I think that is already in the works. Beautiful lobby area.

Great place to stay at the airport, they have 7 days free parking and 8 dollars a day after while going on a trip. Shuttles to and from the airport every 30 minutes. Will stay there again.

We booked the penthouse suite and were notified via text it was under construction just before check in. We were given two adjoining rooms instead, which we made work, but nothing additional for our trouble. In the morning after breakfast, our room key had been disabled though it was several hours prior to check out. We really didn't receive the best service.

Huge hotel in a great location. Free full breakfast, and managers reception.

It has a wonderful ambience. A very lofty atrium in which you can enjoy a great breakfast buffet with omelets and such. And the room I stayed in via Priceline had a tasteful mountain/countryside style decor; it almost felt like being at a national park lodge. Top that off with a complimentary happy hour with free booze and treats and an enclosed saltwater pool/spa, hot showers, nice linens, etc; it exceeded all my expectations. Great place for families.

Very nice clean rooms . It has a bar with a very nice patio. Walked to shop.lunch and a night out something for young and middle aged . Great staff felt very welcome.
Stayed almost two weeks , I did not want to leave . Their food is odd , Asian and texmex interesting concept to be polite . I liked a few items .the Fingerlings worth the price . Overall really nice place. I would stay again.

The staff lied to us repeatedly. Food was terrible as well. If you care about experience choose a different venue

This is hands down my favorite hotel! Although it was in the middle of fixing the middle area it was still gorgeous. The price was actually lower than I expected but I imagine that was due to the construction. Doesn't matter, we would have paid much more... and will soon enough.

Breakfast was quite delicious and the staff was full of smiles! Not every hotel staff is friendly at breakfast; this one was full of smiles!

The room was wonderful, I generally can't sleep in a bed so I bring my own foldout chair and my husband gets the bed. We were surprised that I could pull their chair up to a table and was very comfortable. And there was an entire other room with another tv so hubby could sit with me until he started getting sleepy. Then he could go lay in bed and watch some tv until he could fall asleep. I'm a huge insomniac so I didn't really expect to sleep but to my surprise I settled in to watch tv, blinked and then my hubby shook my shoulder and said it's breakfast time lol. Can't beat that for a good night's sleep!

O stay inthis hotel once a year when attending a Christian women's meeting. There were 440 of us. The Embassy bends over backwards to make sure we are taken care of. The dinner was very good and I love the huge breakfast bar.

Nice place, but the heat didn't work in my room on a very cold night

Service at check in was super friendly. Room seemed clean. I get cold easily, but I was hot all night. A/C was on, but only serviced living room. No fan in bathroom. Beds are double and I just wish they had rooms with 2 kings. Maids kept knocking all morning to clean the room. That should just wait on a Saturday morning! Breakfast is good.

Loud construction early in the morning, unexplained early pool closure, terribly uncomfortable beds...not what I've come to expect in the brand.

Currently under renovations, but that did not effect our stay! Breakfast was spot on, the pool was fantastic, and rooms were clean. We really enjoyed the pizza and quesadillas that were served in their restaurant! The staff was extremely courteous and paid attention to every detail of our stay.

Although the hotel is undergoing major renovation, the staff was more than helpful in making sure my family and I had an enjoyable weekend.

High priced! Towels were cheap and scruffy not soft and fluffy! People are kind and attentive. Best part is the breakfast - most anything you can think of. I had not stayed in a few years and I will NOT go back.

Wonderful hotel overall. Only downside is that it's under a decent bit of construction, inside and outside.

Had my wedding here. There were quite a few issues including the lights not working at the ballroom (stuck on full brightness during the entire reception), mix up with what we had rented vs not rented. But overall a good experience as it was a beautiful venue and things were corrected when possible.

Like this place . Definitely staying here whenever we visit Dallas

Hotel seems to be under renovation. Considering that the facilities were nice and clean.

Quiet rooms, good embassy suites breakfast, horrid wifi service in the rooms we had so don't count on wifi.

Beautiful was there for a business meeting and it was fun.

Awesome place to catch a ride on their shuttle to DFW... Not expensive

This hotel was great, it had a computer that told all about the area, the service was phenomenal, but the rooms were not as great as the lobby and the service. There was a bug on a table, and the floor had a stain on it.

This hotel was just beautiful. Our room was clean and the bed was huge and comfortable! The location was amazing. It is close enough to everything but far enough from all of the hustle and bustle. The complimentary buffet was delicious. There was something for everyone. Even my picky toddler was pleased. They even had someone come around and make animal balloons for the children! Complimentary cocktail hour was also a perk my husband and I enjoyed. The hotel environment was very welcoming and homey. The staff were all very friendly as well. I would have easily given this hotel 5 stars, but the pool was closed during our stay. We had planned to spend some time at the pool and we were looking forward to it so we were very disappointed when we arrived and found out it would be closed during our whole stay. No notice was given during our booking of the hotel. Nonetheless, we will be back soon!

Perfect location for our banquet, though they will try to nickel-and-dime you with their services.

Do you like complimentary bed bugs? Then this is the place for you! Your stay includes a/c that doesn t work, and mildew in the vents! Some rooms include free used toothbrushes too! Enjoy your stay!

I'm part of a 20 group that meets about 3 to 4 times a year around the country. We are peers in an industry to wish understand best practices, marketing, etc. Our main focus is creating raving fans, wow the customer with an incredible experience. This was seriously lacking, unfortunately, at our recent stay and use of this hotel's conference room. Our host who booked this event at this hotel is being charged over $3000 for rooms that were not even used. She even has proof via e-mail from an employee at this location that any unused rooms would not be charged as long as they were notified in time. She did notify them in time and was hit with this insane bill. When she tried to communicate to management regarding this and after providing proof of the e-mail stating that should would not be charged...they had the audacity to state that she FABRICATED the email! This just blows my mind...we are a faith based organization and small business owners. I don't even know how to respond to this. We are all extremely distraught that this has occurred.

Like I said, we are part of a larger group of over 100 members from over 7 different groups that meeting 3-4 times a year all over the country. They have all been Hilton hotels. If this isn't handled correctly, our members will have to look else where for proper SERVICE.

Great hotel parking sucks if it s bad weather. Use the valet.

I just stayed there over the New Year weekend and the experience was very pleasant. The service was excellent and the food was fantastic. The interior design was very trendy and elegant. I highly recommend this place to anyone who want to have an enjoyable experience at a nice hotel.

Nice hotel, big rooms, reasonably priced, easy in and out.
