Embassy Suites Dublin Review

Clean and professional. Can't say much, I was there to deliver a pizza.

It was a good hotel experience. Room and hotel was clean and I had good customer service. Only issues was somethings were a little dated, but they were in the process of remodeling.

Happy hour between 5-7. Guy makes a great cocktail.

This was our second stay at this hotel. It never disappoints. Even when the lobby under construction, the makeshift desks and spaces for hanging out and continental breakfast were perfect. The staff is always amazing and very responsive to any needs. Everyone is incredibly friendly. The only negative is that the pool/hot tub strictly closes at 11:00pm. That gentleman wasn't very friendly, but I figure he puts up with A LOT from guests. We love this place!

Beautiful rooms, free drinks during happy hour, a comfy pull-out couch, and free breakfast! What more could you ask for from a hotel?

Ever since the remodel can t complain. The rooms use to be outdated and no longer are. The staff is great and the rooms are always clean. Stay here often and never had an issue.

The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The restaurant took way too long and the waiter barely spoke to the group I was with. One of the people I was with ordered chicken and it was very pink inside. She sent it back. The waiter did not apologize, give a status update, or in any way show concern. The food took forever to get out.
Overall - beautiful location. Just needs work on the restaurant.

Nice hotel but terrible house cleaning staff. Our first room had cookie crumbs on the floor and couch, told staff and was given another room and had the same issue. Nuts and cookie crumbs behind the couch. Told staff about that room as well and was asked if we'd like to have staff clean the room while we were out for the day. We agreed, came back to the room, only for crumbs to still be there. Then, was later told by the manager that due to covid-19 they can't come in the rooms until 3 hrs after guest leave. Why didn't the staff know that before offering the come vaccum the floor!? Other than that, our stay was enjoyable.

under construction...a little inconvenient, but greasy service as always!

First, the good. The rooms are great and the facilities are well maintained. The bad - the hotel has a large open center atrium that extends to the top of the building, and the management is perfectly willing to allow all kinds of VERY LOUD partying, kids running around, etc., until their supposed "quiet hours" -- which don't start until 11:00pm. I concede that the management does not have a choice about the structure of the building, but they should consider actually managing the hotel to accommodate that structure, i.e., take into consideration that open atrium that carries noise directly up to all of the rooms (which all have large windows facing the atrium). Judgment, reason, and actual management skill are completely lacking. You'd be better off paying half the money and staying at a Motel 6.

This was by far the worst stay I ever had anywhere in my life. I even filed a complaint, and the acting manager JAMES COURTNEY called me back to get input. He sided with his staff and even hung up on me. Tried to call him back and still wont return any of my calls. If I was you I would find another place to stay. Rooms where clean, Hotel was clean but I have never been spoke to the way he spoke to me.

Great hotel. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are huge (try to get a corner room). Layout is spacious and there are plenty of places to gather. Pool is good, as is workout room. Happy hour and breakfast are top notch. Great location close to the heart of Dublin, but quiet enough to walk around. Will stay again.

Our room was nice and clean. The indoor pool was very small, so separating small children from large for safety is impossible. We had to take our boys out after a short amount of time due to older kids horseplay. Conveniently close to the Columbus Zoo. Evening reception is always nice.

Stayed there for a New Year's Eve night. Never forget how the manager treated us. His first name is John. Falsely accused of us up being to loud. When I attempted to go downstairs to talk to him about the issue. He threatened to call the police on us. I was completely shocked!! He was a total jerk!!

We were there for a family Christmas celebration. Nice hotel and facilities. 2 hour happy hour is great and so is the breakfast.

The conference facilities are fine but the furniture in the guest rooms appears old and worn. The sofas are lumpy and look and smell dirty.

Best hotel I've visited, never seen anything like it.

The hotel is under construction so it was a bit of a nightmare getting to your room, especially when they had only one elevator working but the hotel is nice and the staff is nice. After the remodel is done, it should be back to normal.

Beautiful hotel but was in the middle of construction, was not warned ahead of time, made reservations months in advance for 7 rooms, only 2 were ready, till after 6, older man working breakfast was very rude.

Was told their was a hot breakfast and all their was is yogurt and muffins be nice if they told me the truth from the beginning instead of some covid-19 excuse

If it weren't for the construction, I'd give this place 5 stars.The elevators were super far from the "check-in" and hauling our (non-rolling) bags all the way across the complex sucked big time. However, the rooms were great. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was killer. I'd stay there again just for the cooked-to-order omelettes.

This hotel takes care of their guests-- the employees are warm and friendly. They gave me a welcome bag with snacks and waters which was so nice, usually hotels charge for these items. Rooms are huge and clean. Always a pleasant experience!!

This place ruined my wedding. They have seriously the most poorly run management I have ever seen at a hotel. I highly recommend staying at another hotel in the area.

Shame on you Embassy Suites and I promise I will ensure nobody I know says at one of your hotels again.

How is management at a hotel so incompetent? I will for sure be reporting this joke of a staff to corporate HQ.

Terrible atrium design for a hotel too. They will not allow anyone in the atrium to talk after 11 pm but the bar is open until Midnight...what?!? LOL.

Outstanding hotel. They serve complementary snacks each afternoon. The complimentary breakfast was amazing complete with an omelet chef. I would highly recommend.

I'm sure once it's not under construction it'll be nice. Until then, it's not worth it.

From the moment my family arrived at the hotel till we departed the next day, we were dazzled by the lobby, rooms, pool and breakfast area. The staff we encountered was friendly courteous. Breakfast was fabulous. The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults loved the whirpool. Great hotel, highly recommend it.

We had such a good stay! The staff was super helpful (even during Arnold weekend!!) They met all of our requests. Breakfast was great. We didn't get to enjoy the evening reception, but it was nice to know they offered it. The room was comfy, clean, roomy, and had everything we needed.

On the Surface it appears to be a nice hotel .... I'm a diamond member and stay at Hilton's all the time but on this trip at the embassy suites columbus I was awakened to bed bugs feasting on my body and I contacted mgmt and they tried to say I had to bring the bed bugs with me (Im a African American female)
I was Totally offended and applauded by his behavior I'm currently in the process of contacting corporate office! They changed my room and had my clothes cleaned but not once did I receive any apology or any type of comp for my horrible experience that will ruin my future hotel stays!!

Great place to stay. We had a room in the corner and didn't have any trouble with noise. Open atrium was nice, it gave an open feeling. Breakfast was great, along with the managers reception in the evening serving drinks and snacks was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms, well worth the money!

Good conference location that is conveniently located near downtown Dublin and the new developments across the river. It's a larger hotel with well stocked bar. The bartenders are always quick and helpful. Good place to stay in you're in the area.

This is one of the newer looking embassy hotels I have been in. The rooms are quite nice. I love the free breakfast and the free happy hour. I try to stay at embassy whenever I can.

Room was very clean and recently renovated. Staff is helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

A clear effort was made as far as the amenities of Embassy Suites Columbus is concerned. Incredibly spacious rooms as well as a visually appealing communal center. A clear edge as far as complimentary breakfast is concerned, supplying not only quantity but more importantly quality.

Pleasant stay, though accommodations are limited due to COVID. Your room is not cleaned during stay; continental breakfast is VERY limited. Limited staff interaction was generally pleasant.

Went to this hotel to attend a network workshop and it was a very good experience. The hotel was clean and the acoustics for our meeting room were very good. I was also pretty comfortable in the room with a sweater and I'm normally always cold, so that was a plus.

Charging 10$ for parking is ridiculous after paying high pricing for a room.. Arnold festival gets cancelled and we decide to come because they won't let us cancel room.. Or they will charge 1st night.. We use to love this place. Won't be staying again

The location is perfect with many resteraunts nearby, the rooms are a little small but very comfortable, the service is pretty good but the food is a little over priced.

The room could have been alot cleaner. Found a few hairs in the shower that didn't belong to myself. Child hand prints on the tvs. The room was nice size. There is a livingroom area that is separate from the bedroom, which was nice.

The whole hotel and our room was very clean, the staff I was in contact with were very friendly. The breakfast was just OK. Could hear people talking in the hall when trying to sleep
