Very unsatisfied. Waiting more than 15 minutes. For just one beverage. The beds were very uncomfortable. I had to ask my welcome bottle of water. The only good experience and excellent service was for breakfast service. Your Eggs to order staff was amazing. Always with a warm smile.
Nice room, big TV's, free snacks and drinks in the evening. Nice place to stay.
There for a day long conference for work. Staff was friendly and accommodating, everything was clean. Convenient location, easy to get to. Would recommend, especially for meetings.
First let me say the price was not the same as online 159.00 for one night ok well i gave in paid it this was subpost to be a b day night out for myself i had myself my wife and 3 kids yes they had a room open with 2 small beds and a pullout couch the room was nice and this was something we never went to as in a high star hotel we wanted to do something different for my b day hmm lets start ..number 1 the hot tub was not working at all !!! Number 2 the beds where hard as a rock and pillows where hard and stiff .. Number 3 food was so over priced we ordered pizza !! Hmm i could of done that at home .. Number 4 the pool was filled with so much chemicals in chlorine it was hard to swim but for 5 mins without getting winded and over powered but the smell are eyes burned for hours are bathing suits are now died colors .!!!! Number 5 the free drinks where ok we had 1 beer that was warm and tasted flat !! There happy hour of free drinks and chips and dip was a little low standards for this hotel .. And here is the meat and potatoes number 6 at 330am the alarms go off smoke detector going off everyone rushing out in the worst winter storm of the year for around 30 mins because of faulty alarms in the buliding so mind you not being waken up at 330am and not sleeping good at all because very hard beds and pillows now we are concerned on are we are going to sleep any at all and if so are we going sleep past the 11am check out time no worries we slept about a hour then desided to go down to get a bite to eat might as well cause of free breakfast lmao it was a joke food was cold or stiff to the touch this was 730am kids where unhappy i was unhappy wife was unhappy we as a family was so worn out buy this night of not sleeping and then having a bad breakfast we desided to go to are room pack up and head home fyi number 7 the heat was so bad in are room it felt like a heat lamp was above are head even after trying to adjust the a.c in the winter time it didn't work at all .. And so we checked out asking for some kind of refund or something for the trouble we went throw we got nothing at all .... I or my family will never return to this hotel ever again if i wanted to experience and 1star hotel i would if went to a motel 6 or low cost motel or hotel not a embassy this was a waste of money and bad move on my part trusting this place .. Good luck on whom ever stays and wants a 5 star hotel you will get a 1 or 2 they .Are good in covering up there name with cheap food cheap beds cheap drinks cheap everything even the carpets looked cheap and worn down but it that's how was subpost to look didn't like it all

Lazy, theiving housekeepers! The hotel is huge, someone from housekeeping came in about 2 hrs after we had checked in(we hadn't requested any linen or trash bags) came back into our room had items missing from the drawer & housekeeping had thrown towels & huge trash bags in the front chair. Wifi was horrible, only 10 channel's on the tv. The elevators & trash can by the elevators remained full & dirty remained dirty for the 2 days we stayed. The pool has been shut down due to a broken syringe being found in it. When I asked the front desk about basic hotel cleaning of the general areas during the COVID she lied and said they clean every 3 hrs when the general areas past the 1st floor hadn't been touched in 2 days. Hilton should be ashamed!
The renovation not-so-far-back brings contemplation look and feel to this Embassy Suites location. The 2-story attic in the atrium is not found at most other renovated Embassy Suites . The hallways surrounding the atrium on the lobby floor can be wider for the usual traffic- guests moving in groups and with luggage/carts. Clean room and the large screen TV in the living room is a great plus! Fit in the wall instead of sitting on top a cabinet. Had a non-working frige in the room, the crew showed up within couple minutes after a phone call to front desk. And swapped with a replacement pretty quickly. Breakfast was with descent quality and choices.
Great hotel, large rooms and wonderful service. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Everybody there was very professional. The only complaint was the conference was over sold and there weren't enough seats for everyone at first.
When everything runs smoothly at a business it's easy to give a five star review. When we checked in last night the community just experienced a power outage including our hotel. The staff was above and beyond professional, calm, helpful, and did everything they could to accommodate. The staff deserves more than 5 stars. It was a great stay.
Beware the room service. Room service with 20% gratuity auto added to bill plus a "delivery" charge? Shady.

Very disappointed that although we arrived at the hotel prior to the end of the Manager's reception the manager refused to allow us to get our drinks--it wasn't even 7:30pm yet! I have been a Hilton Honors member for years; but I guess none of this matters when you aren't feeling too "hospitable" during your reception. This is my first and last visit to this Embassy location. Will definitely invest elsewhere!

Two room suite was very nice, and housekeeping has done a great job so far. Complimentary warm breakfast was a nice surprise too.
I attended a conference so my eexperience amounted to spending time in the lounge and some small interactions with staff. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The facilities are clean and the atmosphere is inviting. No complaints during my brief stay.
Rooms were nice, and the breakfast was great. There was a lot of construction going on because of remodeling, but other than that it was nice.
Nice Staff. Good Location if you want to stay in Dublin. Warm breakfast with omelette station. They do charge for parking but Priceline mention free parking though they waived parking fees for us.
It s a nice hotel on the surface. Breakfast had good choices and decent food. I like the rooms have 2 areas for the kiddos to run in and not feel crowded.... but seeing hairs and black stuff in the sheets as I was pulling it down.. and looking and seeing dried liquid areas... ummm no. Was a long day and had to wait for clean sheets to arrive so I could make the bed myself. That is one shortcut that should NEVER be taken!! Not ever.

I'm sorry, when we booked it's a breath taking pictures but when we got here it's under construction!!?? And it's every where. The following night we got at the hotel around 1:30 as I got in the shower the power went out???? I called the front desk they sssa it could be a frw hours,they didn't have any info.??

They enforce masks at the door but just walk 20 feet to the carpet lobby area and its mask free...

Well maintained hotel, one of the better Embassy Sites I've stayed in. Only 4 stars due to hot tub being closed until the day we checked out. Great location, the neat little shops in Dublin are only 5 minutes away.

The food at the event was alright. It was catered by Embassy. The biggest gripe I have was that some of the fruit on the fruit tray had mold on it. I was the first guest to arrive and took the moldy fruit off before other guests arrived, but it doesn't resolve the fact that it shouldn't have been on there in the first place. Overall, the event was nice, hotel looks like a hotel, but the catering could be better.
Beautiful place! We never had to wait in line for breakfast! They were very speedy with breakfast. Also the rooms are cleaned very well! Very kid friendly.
It's loud. All of the rooms are suites so you can retreat into the bedroom, but it is loud. There are a lot of kids and it can get rowdy at night.

We had a great stay there for a family wedding. The hotel was packed, but despite checking in before the official time, on the second try, they were able to find us a room and were most gracious about accommodating us.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very well appointed. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Columbus

Attended a conference. Rooms were small for the event. Food was not very good but that might have been the choice of the conference.
Great stay. Pool was in good shape and very clean. Open bar was well drinks, still good selection. Others complain about the noise but we were comfortable on the 5th floor. No extra noises. Large atriums are part of Embassy suites. All of them are like that. Suite rooms are great for our family of 4. Boys sleep on fold out couch and we get the king bed in the other room. Bar had great selection of premium drinks. Food was good as well. There is a Graeter's ice cream across the street, along with a Max and Erma's. Close to freeway.
The first room was very noisy due to the a. c. Unit being under the window.The 2 ND room had an ongoing exhaust fan in the bathroom that couldn't be shut down. Given a 3rd room with a free dinner. The following night ordered steak for the free dinner. Way over cooked and a terrible quality of
meat. Social hour was a huge disappointment with chips and french onion dip and check mix and gold fish. The wine was terrible. Very dissapointing. None of the TV remotes allow you to use the menu or guide feature. Will not stay here again..

Very nice Hotel!! Rooms are nice . The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was good. The only thing was the bar was closed when we returned from my sons wedding. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was a place to gather afterwards. It was only 11pm on a Friday and the bar was already closed so we were disappointed in that but overall a nice hotel

We stay here often 3-4 times a year when we are in the area. Great chef at the breakfast bar made to order omelette. Two pool tables decent hot tub and pool and workout area. All rooms recently updated. Managers reception is very nicely done plenty of seating even on busy days.
Enjoyed our stay in a clean and comfortable premium double room. Complimentary tray of drinks and snacks as well as Keurig with k-cup tea and coffee we're in the room. A breakfast had all the expected items plus made to order omlets.
Was only here for a conference but it is clean and the people are very friendly.
It's noisy and there is only one entrance so most of the time it's a long walk from fom your car to the inside of the building. There is a large variety of foods to choose from for breakfast but it's the only time to get coffee. During the evening hours there is an open bar and all the sounds that come with it right outside your door.
The rooms are beautiful. There's a swimming pool, 24 hour gym, and beautiful fountain. Our room had 2 flat screen TVs, 2 beds, and a pullout couch. There is also a keurig. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
