While HIX may make adequate products, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I would say of all the bad experiences I have had with customer service, HIX would have at least 2 Spots in my top 5 worst experiences. Their utter lack of initiative, their reluctance to own the smallest of oversights and mistakes on their part, the absolute contempt they show to their customers, makes them one of the worst companies that I have ever had to deal with. My advice to anyone having to do business with them is to go through a retailer, and avoid dealing with HIX directly whenever possible.

Recently, had to order parts for my HIX Exposure unit for my Screen Printing Business. Parts were delivered in a timely manner. Then had some issues resetting the timer. Michael at HIX was so helpful and provided quick response and email directions. In this crazy time in our world, it is so great to get service like this corporation offers. Recommend HIX products highly.
