This location is in a business park area in Dublin, often referred to as hotel row. Several hotels and office building that's all that's around hence the name. All of Hilton major brands represented. Mall and restaurants not far. The rooms are known as 2 room suites including a main room and living room or a conference room. The hotel had recently remodeled and is in fair shape given the embassy line remodeled new look. This location breakfast is not that well in my opinion. It is a bar with made to order eggs. The staff are pleasant.

Seven words ... this is where you want to stay! I look for an Embassy Suites everywhere I travel for several reasons. The layout is magnificent, the rooms are nice and more spacious than other places tend to be, the completely private bedroom with pullout sofa in the front room makes it a much better option for families, they're one of the few places that offer pay movies for evenings and rainy days and of all the hotels that offer free morning breakfast ... theirs is the only one worth eating (REALLY, as good as you'd get going out somewhere ). I wish they had one everywhere.

Very nice. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Disappointed in the cold continental breakfast and the pool being closed but, understand the current circumstances. Hope to stay here again one day.

i hate this hotel.

i hate this hotel.
they cater to lil screaming mimi soccer teams and the half crazed parents that allow their little monsters to run through the halls screaming and to play on the elevators into the early morning. it was insane.
they do not have enough parking available and you are encouraged to use a lot a few blocks down the street.
the pillows were flat as pancakes.
the only good thing is the tvs are huge.
forget about breakfast or the pool or the exercise room. all are swarming with unsupervised children.

Currently going through renovations so most of the lobby was blocked off. The free breakfast was mediocre at best. Our room had a couple spots in the ceiling that had water damage and there was drywall on the floor from it. Tuesday night they lost electric...and for some reason water was sporadic as well which was bad since we were trying to get showers before night due to lack of power and lights. We have one more night and so far I'm not impressed.

The rooms were like mini apartments and very nice. Separated living room type space away from the bedroom so kids can sleep while you stay up a little later. Breakfast was awesome, complete with an omelette bar.

We had 2 rooms at this property on October 20, 2018. The hotel was undergoing a major renovation end it was a mess, the main entrance was closed the parking close poor as a lot of the lot was closed. I wish they would ve warned us about the renovation. The restaurant only had limited menu that was sandwiches and appetizers. The Internet Wi-Fi did not work at all Even after purchasing the premium Wi-Fi. They were working on the renovations at 9:30 in the evening and it was very noisy.

There was a sunny radio event for mothers with children in the military. Lots of booths to see but a very relaxing and overall beautiful looking hotel. Unfortunately didn't stay the night to give much more information

Nice clean rooms and wonderful made to order breakfast. Only 2 negatives were reservation was made by my husband's company for a king suite to be paid on company credit card on file and they sent us to a double bed room and made my husband put his personal cc on the account so we could check in. Both issues were fixed prior to check out but was frustrating

We had small ants all over the floor in the bathroom. We killed more than 40 but they just kept coming back from somewhere. There was a pta conference meeting there that night and many parents brought there children. They ram around up and down hallways on all 8 floors all night till 11pm. Then there was a group of adults sitting on floor of hallway outside our door with a cell phone watching a soorting event and drinking beer cans. They were loud and throwing there cans on the ground like drunks. There was a police officer walking around on the different floors but no one made them stop. The front desk stated we had to pay 10.00 for parking and we had 2 cars so t hy ey burned us for 20.00. I asked 5 different guests and they all told me they were not charged for parking. Obviously because we used our hilton points for our room they felt they needed to rob us. Not going back again.

Hello, I felt like this needs to be brought to someone's attention. I recently stayed in Columbus at the Hilton Embassy Suites in Columbus Dublin. I used to be a Diamond or Platinum member when I traveled. I've never had any bad things to say regarding your hotels until my past stay. Three events took place and the inability of your GM to communicate is beyond what I would expect. During the stay we had attempted to leave the hotel. The elevator got stuck and doors were remaining locked while my daughter was locked inside the elevator. She's only 8 and was terrified. It took the housekeepers who were great and tried to help 15 minutes to get maintenance up to the floor. 15 minutes in a dramatic situation for an 8-year-old is an eternity. It felt like forever for even me. Being unable to calm and help my daughter is not fair to her and infuriating to me. Maintenance had said they were having issues with this elevator and the one next to it. They were having issues for two days. They did say however they had fujitech scheduled for repairs to the elevators. I don't know why or who would give someone the ok to keep them in service if you knew there were problems. She was in the elevator for at least 25 minutes. Once she got out, we we're late for our dinner plans by this time and missed our reservation. The last at guest services offered my kids a snack from the shop. But I had asked for the manager on duty. It was Shawn the Assistant GM. He walked out from the back while explaining what happened and didn't even take notice. Seemed like something more important was going on apparently. I asked for a call back from him once he returned. They took my information wire it down and said they would have him call. I never received a call, text, voicemail, nothing! I got back in late to the hotel and in the morning the kids and my wife went swimming. I was working out and they had found a used bloody tampon in the hot tub floating. Seriously! That wasn't the only bloody thing found. In the pillow and blanket in the bag in closet the pillow had blood stains on it. We had shown the pictures taken to the Representatives at the desk the morning we checked. She promised that they would contact him and have him call me. I never received a call back and there was no manager on site.

I've stayed at this property a few times and was pleased. 6/9/2020 I recieved the worst service as a Hilton Honors member. I was placed in a dirty room, carpet was stained, Trash was on the floor before I arrived, the staff treated guest like they were infected with Covid19, just nasty spirited. I will never return to this location again. Breakfast was delightful, a muffin and banana.
I understand Covid19 has some of us on edge yet, if you have to treat other's less than a human don't open the hotel!
Don't visit this location if you're looking to relax because, this location is opposed to relaxation, Reminding their guest just what a pandemic feels like.
Not worth the money!!!

It is a lovely building, but understaffed. The few cleaning staff we did see were working diligently, but the job is too big for a few.

Dirty linen piled in the halls outside room doors. Garbage bins were stuffed to overflowing.

The room next to us blared the TV all night (literally), and had 5 elementary school age children unsupervised who hollered and banged around the room until 3am.

The hotel was under construction, but it was very clean! Our room was a lower level request and was not quite ready at the check in time, but they got it ready for us as we were checking in. The staff was very pleasant! I had to ask on several occasions for more coffee supplies, they would bring it up almost immediately, but a small amount at a time, until I finally requested an exact amount to tide me over for the short stay. The meals and drinks were awesome, a lot of variety! The hotel was a quick drive to several restaurants and stores. They had several Lime bikes available, which was nice, but they need to figure out bike parking soon.

I generally like Embassy Suites hotels, and I like this one. Staff was friendly, nice evening happy hour before dinner and a really good breakfast before departing. Room was nice enough with no issues. Plenty of fast elevators too. What else can I say, if you are in town stop ny and give em a try.

Me and my wife had a company event held at Hilton witch was fun by the way. The areas they offer to be rented are very spacious. There are plenty of amenities like a spa, pool, and fitness center. The rooms are very nice even though we only got a standard room for 2. Everything was professionally clean and organized in the room. Definitely worth coming back to stay another time.

The staff was very nice! The hotel it self needs updating, the bathroom does not seem to be up to code (ventilation system), the thermostat/ac did not work properly. We were constantly having to reset the setting temperature and then randomly heat would kick on. Again the hotel staff were so polite and took care of us but the building needs updating.

We stayed at this hotel for a night and the room was great! We had a big sitting area with a large tv, a couch and a desk in a separate area of the room from the bedroom. They're doing a lot of renovations to the lobby right now, but the pool is still open.

A beautiful place to stay while in Columbus. We enjoyed free snack hour with our children and then hit the pool and spa area. Then the adults enjoyed their free drink hour late that evening, while playing a few games of pool. Also, their free breakfast in the morning was amazing, with so many choices of food, as much as you can eat. All for a great price on just the room you choose

Rooms are decent. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast included was nice.
Lobby is extremely loud. Kids running up and down the halls yelling across the open atrium. The bedroom portion is quiet but if you plan on using the pullout in the living room, dont plan on sleeping until midnight or later. Noise from open atrium travels throughout the place and is loud even in the living space of the room.
My wife and her parents stayed in two rooms wed through Friday for a conference. I came down to stay the weekend with them so we switched to different rooms. Two double rooms to two king rooms. During the transition, we took our luggage to the new room and went out for the day. We intended and letting the front desk know we left the crib (with sheet, three blankets and toy) in the room so housekeeping could move it. We forgot until we returned from the zoo. 2 days later and they claim to have turned the place upside down but the blankets and sheet were not recovered however the stuffed animal on top of them was in lost and found. How? Two of the blankets were heirlooms handed down from 2 generations that our daughter wont sleep without. How does a pile of blankets simply go missing but the stuffed animal in the crib turned in? The blankets were all in great condition. Filing a police report before we leave.

This is my all time favorite Embassy Suites. I stayed here on 12/25/2019. I originally stayed here on 1/3/2016 and it was my first ever Embassy Suites and I was very impressed. I have always wanted to get back to the location and I finally got the chance on Christmas Night 2019. Our family originally booked a 2 QUEEN/NON SMOKING suite. On the Hilton App we selected room 714. We got there and the staff member there was more than welcoming and gave us a bag of goodies because we were Silver members. I didn't realize before we got to the hotel that it underwent a complete renovation and looks absolutely GORGEOUS! The atrium was full of Christmas decorations and it just looked newer and better. We got to room 714 and there was a bunch of snacks. The hotel was nice enough to upgrade us to a premium suite with not even charging us for the premium suite. It only cost $97 for that. The snacks were amazing and included seltzer water, cookies, KitKat, Hershey, chips, gummy bears, and oreos. That wasn't all. Inside the fridge they had Pepsi, orange juice, Sprite, and Dr. Pepper. Everything was free and did not cost extra. The only thing that costs anything is the FIJI water which was $5 a pop. I also have a YouTube channel that I video tour hotels and videos are viewed by thousands. I uploaded the video the next day and the hotel saw it and they loved it! They actually sent me some Embassy swag including a T-Shirt, water bottle, and charging stick compliments of staff member Laura Byers. The hotel's breakfast is amazing with made to order omelettes, pastries, pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, and french toast all for free! I will be at this hotel for generations to come. Thank you to the Embassy Suites Columbus/Dublin and Laura Byers for making this the best hotel stay ever!
Sincerely, John McCleary

When booking 2 adults for a "relaxing" overnight, should there be a bit of obligation on behalf of the staff to alert you to the fact that HUNDREDS of high school students would be spending the night with you as well?!

The saving grace, we thought, was an exclusive adult swim time, but not at all. No one to monitor except a wimpy maintenance man who kicked us all out with a shrug of his shoulders and a mousey, yet grumpy attitude.

We were able to navigate breakfast the next morning by securing timing advice from the front desk.

Sooooo many kids, all farmers-to-be, in what would have typically been a near-luxury hotel.

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The bed was comfortable, the pillows was awesome, I slept like a baby. The hotel was clean and beautiful. The staff was attentive and polite. The breakfast was incredible. They have a chef that will fix you an omelet or eggs. Best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel and it is included in your stay. I have stayed in many hotels in Columbus Ohio and this is by far the best I have stayed.

Stayed here for 4 nights/5 days for a training conference. Hotel rooms are clean although show some wear. Breakfast was very substantial offering scrambled eggs, pancakes, cereal, breakfast breads/muffins, fruit, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, juice, coffee and cooked to order omelets (all complimentary and included in the room rate). Also offers a nightly 'managers reception' with free drinks and snacks. Didn't use the pool or fitness center, but both looked very nice. They also offer a business center with free printing. This is the first time staying at an Embassy Suites, and I was pleasantly surprised.

Surprised to have received an upgrade. It pays off to ask every time. The room was big and well appointed but was stained on the surfaces and had greasy child prints on the windows and mirrors. Be aware that this hotel charges for parking regardless of HHonors status, $10 per night. My recommendation would to be bring your lysol wipes.

The hotel rooms are very nice. Unfortunately there is construction going on in the hotel, and they are charging far to much money for this inconvenience, and that is why I only gave 3 stars... Original charge was 180per night....after talking with the manager, they took off $50, which was more than fair. We enjoyed our stay.
