NEVER GET STARTED !!!!! Awful company. Unworthy company to affiliate with education. Disgusting people work there. A warned person ..... All kinds of promises have been made and they have not kept it. I would get a fixed hours contract. Didn't happen. Hourly salary is not correct. Fortunately, I was able to have this corrected in time. "Forgotten" to pay for several weeks. Refuse to pay in the last weeks before the summer. Shamelessly and flatly lying to people. Contract is bad and you don't have a leg to stand on if they don't pay out. Never been so cheated. About to sue them. NEVER start again.

As a graduated ALO'er, I was looking for a job in physical education. After sending several letters, I was allowed to discuss with a number of authorities, but none of them to a desired result. Then I was referred to Dit Is Wijs via via, and that was a nice contact from the first conversation. I was approached positively and the possibilities were looked at equally from both sides. If there were any questions later, they could simply be asked via WattsApp so that the contact went quickly. I am now working for two days at Dit Is Wijs at a primary school in Rotterdam, which I like. If there are opportunities to take lessons elsewhere or if there are possibilities for expansion, I will be approached immediately. I am happy to start my career as a teacher in this way.

This is my second school year that I work for Dit Is Wijs. The activities are very diverse, so you gain a lot of experience. The contact is very smooth. If you send an email or whatsapp message you will have a quick answer. Even if you contact Dit Is Wijs by telephone, you will always be treated kindly and you will see whether the problem can be solved immediately. I am very satisfied with the company.

Before I started working as a recruiter at DIT IS WIJS, I worked as a teacher for Beware Brede School. This is part of THIS IS WISE. Here I have been able to give all kinds of different workshops for a number of years. What I liked as a teacher at THIS IS WISE was that they really listened to what I wanted. If I had a problem, I could always contact me and they would help me find a solution. In the years as a teacher I felt supported and heard. My experience with THIS IS WISE is therefore very pleasant.

The employees of This is wise are involved and helpful. They helped me get a job.

Good company keeps their agreements, good planning so that you do not have to beg for hours worked or overworked. This is always coordinated in advance with the management at the school.

With "this is wise" they are not a fan of critical questions. I have been blocked on Facebook by this company in every possible way. My comments and questions removed. Watch out, dear colleagues, this company is also filling the pockets due to the serious shortages in education. Despite the beautiful promises you will not get any better!

I did substitute work for over two years through Dit is Wijs. As a recently graduated teacher, I didn't quite know what kind of school I would feel at home in. I have had the opportunity to gain experience in many different schools. Because of their personal approach, my wishes were really listened to and I felt appreciated again and again by Dit is Wijs. Nor did I have to worry that there was no work, there were always enough assignments.

In the 2016-2017 school year, I completed a number of longer assignments and took on additional days.
The nice thing is that Dit is Wijs manages to find a good balance between personal interest and the interests of the schools.
You can and may discuss your personal preference. I feel like an employee here and not a pawn.

THIS IS WISK has helped our organization several times with temporary staff in connection with absenteeism.

I was very well received at Dit is wijs.In November I had an intake interview, in December I already got my first assignment. After working as a substitute for two days, I got a permanent assignment for 4 months, which has now been extended again. I have a nice and knowledgeable contact person who takes the time for all questions and support. I have the opportunity to organize various courses and workshops. that helps me to grow further.
In short, very satisfied with this is wise.

As a working student, you are looking for an employer who can adapt to your schedule instead of the other way around. This is Wise can and does that. With a huge list of "jobs" I can choose when, where and for how long I want to work.

I prefer to give workshops because you see the same children for a longer time, do not take too much time next to my studies, but still give a lot of experience in education and do not deserve insignificant good at all.

Do you have a question about it, send it via whatsapp or email and you will ALWAYS get an answer, and often within an hour . We regularly offer workshops for the teachers from which we can learn a lot. (BIG FAN OF, what I missed at the PABO I will find here) Once every few weeks a coach will visit you in your lesson to see how it goes and if necessary to provide you with a bag of golden tips . Something I have always missed at other agencies.

In short, this is a TOP employer for me.
